Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of ERP implementation on PT Mayora Indah Tbk. A qualitative approach and internet search method were used in this research to collect as much data as possible related to the topic under study, including data from the internet and related journals. Data analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of ERP on the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk, especially in improving production levels and product quality, as well as delivery accuracy supported by the ERP system implemented in the company. The research findings show that ERP implementation has a significant influence in improving the performance of PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Suggestions that can be given to the results of this study are that researchers can include a more detailed analysis of the effect of ERP systems on supply chain management. This research contributes to the academic study of ERP and provides important insights for business practitioners. The implications of this research can be used by other companies that want to improve performance through ERP implementation.

Abstract

Currently, companies face uncertain situations due to the effects of unstable world geopolitical conditions, and the role of company leaders will affect innovation and company performance. This study analyzes the relationship between leadership style, intellectual capital, and innovation on employee performance in foreign manufacturing companies in Batam City, Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees in foreign manufacturing companies in Batam City totaling 303 respondents. The results showed that transformational and authentic leadership styles had a significant positive influence on employee innovation and performance, while transactional leadership style showed a stronger influence in a stable business environment. Intellectual capital proved to be an important mediator in the relationship between leadership style and innovation, which in turn has an impact on improving company performance. This study provides practical implications for managers of manufacturing companies to adopt a leadership style that suits the dynamics of the work environment and maximize intellectual capital to encourage innovation and optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya perusahaan sejalan dengan aspek sosial dan lingkungan, perusahaan yang berhasil melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan baik memberikan citra positif perusahaan di mata masyarakat. Tidak hanya CSR, Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) juga sebagai bagian penting dari sistem pengelolaan hijau. PT Unilever merupakan salah satu perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) terbesar dan tertua di Indonesia yang telah mepelopori peran perusahaan dalam tanggung jawab sosial dan keberlanjutan. Dalam meneliti program CSR dan penerapan GRHM pada PT Unilever, kami menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini menekankan pada analisa yang mendalam terkait objek penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi dokumen yang membahas terkait PT. Unilever, dokumen yang dianalisis berupa jurnal dan artikel yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kami, PT Unilever merupakan perusahaan internasional yang dikenal tidak hanya karena produk-produk unggulannya, tetapi juga karena komitmennya yang kuat terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan (GHRM). PT Unilever telah menetapkan standar tinggi dalam dunia bisnis dengan cara yang menyeluruh dalam menangani tanggung jawab sosial. Perusahaan ini memandang bahwa keberhasilannya tidak hanya di ukur dari segi keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga dari dampak positif yang diciptakan pada lingkungan dan masyarakat.

TasGon is a product made from jute sack waste which is then processed into a useful product. In this project the burlap sack is processed into a bag called TasGon. This TasGon has many benefits, namely it can reduce the waste of burlap sacks that are wasted everywhere. In this study the authors used qualitative and descriptive research methods. This research is continued by analyzing project management, namely Project Integration, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communication Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Stakeholder Management. The results of this study indicate that TasGoni has many benefits that can be felt by many people. Therefore the project undertaken must be in accordance with the quality of the product produced.
