Abstract

The results of the SWOT analysis show an increase in sales of herbal products at Herbal Stockist 1001 over the last five years. This indicates that Stockist Herbal 1001 remains the main choice for consumers, driven by the superior quality of herbal products and affordable prices. This research also identifies four alternative strategies that can be applied to develop sales of herbal products at Herbal Stockist 1001.First, the (SO) strategy will focus on products with high market share that have received a positive response in the market. Herbal products will become the main selling products at stockists, capitalizing on existing market share and gaining market attention quickly.Second, the (WO) strategy involves promoting limited supplies of key products, informing consumers that the quantity of key sales products is limited for a certain period. Consumers can take advantage of low prices or discounts from distributors when supplies are limited.Third, strategy (ST) will focus on introducing superior products to customers with attention to detail, affordable prices, and easy-to-understand communication.Finally, the (WT) strategy involves entering the market with a brand already known to consumers and developing human resources, especially technicians with expertise in health administration and inspection.By implementing this strategy, Herbal Stockist 1001 can continue to increase sales of herbal products and maintain its position in the competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan profesionalitas pegawai Kantor Kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Landasan Ulin Kota Banjarbaru di lihat dari aspek Kualitas kerja, Kuantitas kerja, Ketepatan waktu kerja, Kemandirian, dan Hubungan interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe deskriptif kualitatif, responden ditetapkan secara random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 39 orang. Alat penggali data yang digunakan adalah angket untuk memperoleh data primer dan observasi serta dokumenter untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Selanjutnya analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada faktor kualitas kerja berdasarkan interpretasi skor 78% termasuk baik, faktor kuantitas kerja berdasarkan interpretasi skor 83% termasuk sangat baik, faktor ketepatan waktu kerja berdasarkan interpretasi skor 87,4% termasuk sangat baik, kemudian pada faktor kemandirian pegawai berdasarkan interpretasi skor 91,6% termasuk sangat baik, serta faktor hubungan interpersonal pegawai berdasarkan interpretasi skor 79,4% termasuk baik.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of government policy on waste management in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province. The background of the study includes the importance of effective waste management to maintain environmental cleanliness and public health, as well as the challenges faced in implementing the policy. The research objectives are to evaluate the effectiveness of the waste management policy that has been implemented, identify the obstacles faced, and provide recommendations for policy improvement. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection through surveys to the community, interviews with 2 participants, namely waste management officers, and direct observation in the field, the data analysis technique in this study uses triangulation.  The results showed that community participation was still low, the policies implemented were not effective, and there were obstacles in coordination between related agencies. Research recommendations include increasing the budget, human resource capacity, cross-sector coordination, and the adoption of more modern waste management technology. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a basis for improving waste management policies in Banjarbaru City and other cities facing similar problems. Abstract

The E-KTP programme was initiated in response to the conventional ID card system in Indonesia, which allowed individuals to possess more than one ID card. The policy for changing the administration of population registration, as mandated by Law Number 23 of 2006, aims to establish an orderly population database, proper issuance of Population Identification Numbers (NIK), and accurate population documents. To achieve the main goals of population administration, it is necessary to implement a Nationally-based NIK ID card (Electronic ID Card) for all eligible residents. This study aims to examine the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 concerning the E-KTP service policy in sub-districts within Banjarbaru City, focusing on the challenges encountered and possible solutions. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, documentation, and field observations. Primary data sources included informants, supported by observations and documentation from the research location. The data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques. The study's findings reveal that the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 26 of 2009 regarding the E-KTP service policy at sub-district offices in Banjarbaru City has been effective, with clear procedures and free services. However, challenges remain, including residents who are registered but have not yet completed the E-KTP recording, a shortage of service staff or operators (only one person available), and a lack of information and socialisation regarding E-KTP knowledge among the local population. The implications of this research suggest the need to raise public awareness about the importance of the E-KTP programme, increase the number of service staff or operators, and enhance the dissemination of information and socialisation efforts related to E-KTP awareness among the community. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dalam penanganan fakir miskin di Kota Banjarbaru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Program BPNT merupakan transformasi dari bantuan pangan konvensional menjadi bantuan berbasis non tunai yang bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, serta ketepatan sasaran bantuan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pelaksana program, pendamping sosial, e-warong, serta Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPNT secara umum telah menjangkau sasaran yang tepat dan memberikan manfaat dalam mengurangi beban pengeluaran pangan keluarga miskin, khususnya kelompok fakir miskin. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai persoalan dalam implementasi di lapangan, seperti kualitas komoditas yang bervariasi, keterlambatan pencairan, serta belum optimalnya peran pendamping sosial karena keterbatasan sumber daya. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan dalam pemutakhiran data DTKS yang menyebabkan ketidaktepatan sasaran, baik dalam bentuk eksklusi maupun inklusi yang salah. Program BPNT juga belum terintegrasi secara optimal dengan program pemberdayaan ekonomi, sehingga dampaknya masih bersifat jangka pendek dan belum signifikan dalam mendorong kemandirian keluarga penerima manfaat. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi menyeluruh dan pembenahan sistem implementasi BPNT di tingkat lokal menjadi langkah penting agar program ini dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrem secara berkelanjutan di Kota Banjarbaru.
