Abstract

Procurement of staple materials by Perum Bulog, especially rice, has quality standards that must be applied to all rice, so there is a need for rice supervision to determine the feasibility of the rice given to consumers. The purpose of this research is to find out the monitoring process carried out by Perum Bulog in order to get the quality of rice according to the quality standards set. The results showed that the quality of Bulog's rice procurement was in accordance with the quality of rice determined by BULOG itself. The results of this overall inspection concluded that the Central Kalimantan Regional Office of the Bulog Regional Office conducted the procurement and supply of rice according to the applicable quality standards and the rice that was distributed was suitable for consumers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi bauran pemasaran saluang di IRT Rifanda dan menganalisis prioritas strategi bauran pemasaran yang tepat untuk dijalankan pada usaha saluang IRT Rifanda di Kecamatan Jekan Raya Kota Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP). Strategi pemasaran yang dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha IRT Rifanda dengan tujuan usaha yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran, pada strategi meningkatkan penjualan diperoleh bahwa faktor promosi dengan sub faktor diskon merupakan kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi. Pada strategi meningkatkan pendapatan, faktor harga dengan sub faktor bahan baku merupakan kriteria yang paling dominan mempengaruhi. Sedangkan pada strategi dengan tujuan memperluas pasar, diketahui kriteria yang akan berpengaruh adalah faktor tempat, dimana sub faktor telpon memiliki nilai tinggi dibandingkan alternatif penjualan langsung, melalui supermarket dan toko. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing mix strategy of Saluang Rifanda and analyze the priorities of the right marketing mix strategy to run at the Saluang Rifanda business in Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City. The research methode used in this study is the Process Hierarchy Analysis. Marketing strategies carried out by IRT Rifanda business actors with business objectives that influence marketing strategies, on the strategy of increasing sales, it is obtained that the promotion factor with discount sub-factors is the most influencing criterion. In the strategy of increasing income, the price factor with the raw material sub-factor is the most dominant criterion. Meanwhile, in a strategy with the aim of expanding the market, it is known that the criteria that will affect are the place factor, where the telephone sub-factor has a high value compared to the alternative of direct sales, through supermarkets and stores.
