Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS, hal ini dilihat dari ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung pada mata pelajaran IPS. Beberapa siswa masih kurang konsentrasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa juga cendrung kurang aktif saat dikelas, dan siswa juga masih kurang fokus dalam proses pembelajaran terlihat ketika diberi kesempatan untuk bertanya, hanya beberapa siswa yang melakukan tanya jawab terkait materi yang dipelajari khususnya mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui model berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada muatan pelajaran IPS kelas V SDI Babussalam Sangkawana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, adapun setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan, dan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan kemapuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mendapatkan presentase 65,45% dengan kategori kurang kritis dan pada saat siklus II mengalami penngkatan dengan presentase 81,81% dengan kategori kritis. Sedangkan observasi guru dan siswa pada siklus I dan II juga memiliki peningkatan.

Abstract

This study developed a Brain Based Learning-based sciencelearning module on the sub-matter of the function of human and animal organs. In the module there are very detailed learning objectives so that student learning activities become directed in achieving learning objectives that are valid and practical to use in learning. This research is a development research, namely, developing learning modules using the ADDIE development method. The selection of the ADDIE method is based on the consideration that the ADDIE method is oriented towards learning products. The ADDIE research and development method consists of five stages, namely, the Analysis (Analysis), Design (Desigen), Development (Deplovment), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation) stages.  In the research, the trial was conducted at SDN 1 Pusuk Lestari. The research subjects used were class V students as many as 18 students. The assessment instrument used is a validation sheet and student response questionnaire. Based on the results of the feasibility trial, the learning module developed was included in the feasible/valid category. To determine the feasibility of the developed learning module, researchers used material expert validators and media experts using a questionnaire assessment in the form of a Likert scale. The average percentage score obtained from material experts in the first validation was 27.38% while the second validation score obtained was 75% and the media expert validator in the first validation was 31.25% while the second validator produced 75% of the results of the assessment of the two experts, the learning module was categorised as feasible/valid to use. At the small group trial stage, the percentage score obtained was 82.16%, while the large group trial obtained a percentage of 87.22%, which was classified as good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kreativitas peserta didik serta penggunaan LKPD konvensional yang masih berfokus pada latihan soal sehingga belum mampu memfasilitasi kegiatan eksplorasi, berpikir kritis, dan pemecahan masalah. Selain itu, pembelajaran IPAS khususnya pada materi Perubahan Energi di kelas IV MIN 1 Kota Mataram belum menerapkan pendekatan terintegrasi, sehingga kegiatan proyek kurang optimal dalam menstimulasi kreativitas peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) terintegrasi STEAM untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS materi Perubahan Energi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli, lembar kepraktisan guru dan siswa, serta tes kreativitas (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berada pada kategori sangat valid dengan rata-rata nilai validasi ahli sebesar 91,77%, kategori sangat praktis dengan skor kepraktisan guru 96,42% dan siswa 89,34%, serta sangat efektif dengan peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik pada kategori tinggi dan N-Gain sebesar 0,57 (kategori tinggi). Secara keseluruhan, LKPD berbasis PjBL–STEAM yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Produk LKPD ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan bahan ajar inovatif yang mendukung pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar, khususnya dengan menghadirkan aktivitas proyek terintegrasi STEAM yang mendorong siswa berpikir kreatif, memecahkan masalah, serta menghubungkan konsep sains dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut pendidik untuk mengembangkan perangkat ajar yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa guna meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21. Namun, di SDIT Darul Qur’an Lombok, bahan ajar yang tersedia belum optimal dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dan belum mampu merangsang kreativitas siswa secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul IPA berbasis proyek yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada materi sifat-sifat cahaya yang valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas V. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Subjek penelitian meliputi ahli materi, media, bahasa, serta 17 siswa kelas V SDIT Darul Qur’an Lombok. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi, angket respon (kepraktisan), dan tes kreativitas (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil validasi ahli media (92%), ahli bahasa (92%), dan ahli materi (87,5%) menunjukkan kategori sangat layak. Tingkat kepraktisan berdasarkan respon guru mencapai 96% dan respon siswa 89,44% (sangat praktis). Keefektifan modul dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 44 (pre-test) menjadi 91 (post-test) dengan perolehan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,78 (kategori tinggi) dan hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Pengembangan modul IPA berbasis proyek terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam terbukti sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa kelas V SDIT Darul Qur’an Lombok.

Abstract

Sampah menjadi sumber masalah kebersihan juga menjadi sumber pendapatan bagi yang mau memanfaatkannya. Pengabdian ini memfokuskan pada pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga sebagai pakan fermentasi untuk mewujudkan keluarga mandiri. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Timuk Dese Desa Batujai. Kecamatan Praya Barat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan observasi dan wawancara, perencanaan program, pelatihan dan pendampingan, dan evaluasi program. Hasil pengabdian menggambarkan bahwa pelatihan pelatihan pembuatan pakan fermentasi menggunakan limbah rumah tangga seperti nasi aking, dedak, ampas kelapa dan lain sebagainya dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hasilnya adalah bahwa masyarakat tersadarkan bahwa kekhawatiran selama ini dalam menyiapkan pakan ternak menjadi salah satu alasan beternak tidak menjanjikan terjawab sudah. Melalui pakan fermentasi, peternak dapat dengan mudah menggunakannya karena mampu menekan biaya pakan sebesar 70%. Bahan bahan yang dapat difermentasikan sekarang ini tidak terbuang begitu saja seperti ampas parut kelapa dan lainnya sudah dapat dimanfaatkan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat mewujudkan kemandirian keluarga

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low collaborative skills of students as indicated by the lack of active participation in group activities, low responsibility in completing joint tasks, and the suboptimal attitude of mutual respect between students. The purpose of this study is to improve the collaborative skills of fourth grade students of MI Nurul Iman NWDI Pagutan through the application of the Group Investigation learning model in the subject of science. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 36 fourth grade students, while the object of this research is the improvement of students' collaborative skills through the application of the Group Investigation learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Group Investigation learning model can improve students' collaborative skills. This can be seen from the average percentage of students' collaborative skills in cycle I of 64.47%, then after improvements in cycle II increased to 87%. The increase from cycle I to cycle II was 22.53%. This improvement occurred across all indicators of collaboration skills, namely actively contributing, working productively, individual and group responsibility, flexibility and compromise, and mutual respect. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model is effective in improving fourth-grade students' collaboration skills in science.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of students’ creativity in IPAS learning in Grade V at MI Fityatul Ulum Pelepok Gerung, as indicated by limited participation in asking questions, lack of confidence in expressing ideas, and minimal idea generation during tasks. This study aimed to improve students’ creativity through the implementation of the outdoor learning method. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 16 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observations of teacher and student activities and a creativity questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed a consistent improvement in each cycle. In Cycle I, teacher activity reached 65.83% (good), student activity 62.5% (fair), and students’ creativity averaged 65.94% (good). In Cycle II, teacher activity increased to 82.5% (very good), and student activity to 85% (very good), while students’ creativity improved to an average of 88.75% (very good). These findings indicate that the outdoor learning method effectively enhances student participation, confidence, and ability to generate diverse ideas. Therefore, the implementation of outdoor learning can improve students’ creativity in IPAS learning.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SDN 2 Gerimak Indah. This was evident from the interview results, where students tended to provide very short answers to essay questions and were not yet able to explain their answers well. This condition was caused by the lack of innovation in the learning process carried out by teachers, resulting in students’ critical thinking skills not being developed optimally. To overcome this problem, the Problem Based Learning model assisted by puzzle media was applied in the IPAS subject. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by puzzles on students’ critical thinking skills in the fifth grade IPAS subject at SDN 2 Gerimak Indah. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this study were students of class VA as the experimental class and class VB as the control class. The research data were collected through pretests and posttests using validated essay test instruments, and were supported by observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests to test the research hypothesis. he results of the study showed that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by puzzles had a significant effect on students’ critical thinking skills. This was proven by the Mann–Whitney U test results (p = 0.007 and 0.008 < 0.05), indicating that was accepted, meaning that there was a difference between the experimental class and the control class. Therefore, the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by puzzles significantly affected students’ critical thinking skills in the fifth-grade IPAS subject at SDN 2 Gerimak Indah Keywords: Problem Based Learning and Critical Thinking Skills
