Abstract

Workload analysis is a method of knowing the workload so that it can be known to employees needed to complete the workload of the task and the time given. The purpose of this study is to find out the workload of civil servants in the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo Regency.This study refers to a quantitative approach that is the action of a researcher to find the results of research using data in the form of numbers.Civil Servants' expense analysis of Boalemo District of Marine and Fisheries Office includes Establishing available working time so that work time is needed, determining workload standards, determining the standard of leniency during the specified time, and calculating HR needs.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the resignation of the BUMDes management in Diloato Village every year. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews) and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include data collection, data reduction, analysis and presentation of data and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) boredom with a long working period, accompanied by dissatisfaction with work, an uncomfortable work environment, disharmony between administrators. (2) The level of education is not the main factor in the resignation of the management, but rather the lack of government support to synergize the skills with the education level of the administrators. (3) The very small salary is a factor that causes the resignation of the Diloato Village BUMDes management.

Abstract

Micro businesses in Tilamuta District make the Boalemo Regency Government collaborate with banking institutions to distribute people's business credit to be able to support and develop micro businesses in Tilamuta District. This research aims to determine the impact of business management on micro business income in Tilamuta District. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis using qualitative research consisting of data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion drawing. The results of the research are that business capital and competition are determining factors in increasing micro business income in Tilamuta District. Another factor is that old businesses must be able to increase income, in addition to the use of technology and digitalization in carrying out their business activities.

Abstract

The shift of customers in Tilamuta District from traditional retail to modern retail has led to a significant decline in income for traditional retailers. The rapid technological advancements have shaped a mindset in society that prioritizes convenience, particularly in shopping at modern retail outlets. This study aims to explore the implications of the presence of modern retail chains, specifically Alfamart and Indomaret, on traditional retail businesses in Tilamuta District. The research employs an exploratory approach with a qualitative methodology, utilizing primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the presence of Alfamart and Indomaret negatively impacts traditional retailers, who are forced to compete by mimicking the products of these modern retailers. This competition is exacerbated by the rapid expansion of Alfamart and Indomaret, especially within a 100-meter radius of traditional shops, which intensifies the pressure on traditional retail businesses.. Keywords: Retail Competition, Traditional vs. Modern Retail, Impact of Modern Retail, Consumer Behavior, Small Business Sustainability Abstrak Para pelanggan ritel tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta telah beralih berbelanja di ritel modern sehingga memberikan masalah pendapatan pada ritel tradisional yang menurun dibandingkan sebelumnya. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat membuat pola pikir setiap masyarakat dengan sangat praktis dan sangat mudah terutama berbelanja di ritel modern. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implikasi kehadiran ritel modern Alfamart dan Indomaret terhadap ritel tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatf. Sumber data dalam hal ini primer dan sekunder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisi data yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman sehingga dilaksanakan dan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data langsung melalui analisis seperti reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah implikasi kehadiran ritel modern Alfamart dan Indomaret terhadap Ritel Tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta memberikan dampak secara negatif pada pemilik ritel tradisional. Dimana ritel tradisional dapat meniru produk yang ada di Alfamart dan Indomaret, Bahkan dengan pertumbuhan yang lebih berkembang Alfamart dan Indomaret pada kategori perekonomian yang diatas. Implikasi negatif ritel tradisional, sehingga adanya pesaing-pesaing yang dimiliki pada toko berdekatan pada jarak radius 100 meter. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction at the East City Sub-District Office of Gorontalo Province. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The population and sample in this study were all employees totaling 30 employees in the East City Sub-District Office of Gorontalo Province. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaire (questionnaire). Data analysis method using simple linear regression. The results showed that motivation (X) had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with the results of t count 4,981 with a significance level of 0,00 <0.05. From the processed data, the sig value is 0.000 with a probability value of 0.05. Because the sig value <0.05 so motivation (X) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y)
