Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively explore the behavior of individuals for their involvement in an organization and the extent to which their role is able to influence the organization in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. In this study the research method used is qualitative research, in collecting data and sources related to research results obtained through journals and related books and other relevant sources. While the data processing techniques used are based on sources obtained through descriptive analysis, the last conclusion is drawn. The expected result of individual behavior and its influence on the organization is the achievement of the goals of an organization, because behavior is closely related to the competencies possessed by each individual involved in the organization, between one individual and another individual being able to complement each other appropriately, proportionally and professional, so that the implications for organizational development can have a positive impact. The influence can be seen from several factors, namely 1). Psychology. 2). Sociology. 3). Anthropology. 4). Political. In general, these four will be able to influence the behavior of individuals in the organization.

Abstract

Language is a very basic thing for every human being, not only for communication but also as a forum for the prosecution of knowledge. At this time, other languages are urgently needed because of the increasing circulation of information using other languages, as well as Arabic itself. In the process of learning Arabic, there are several problems or difficulties faced at the IT Ar-Rahman Palangki Elementary School. With the development of technology at this time, therefore technology can be a solution to the difficulties brought into the teaching and learning process of Arabic at SD IT Ar-Rahman Palangki. This is due to the technology that we can use to assist in making interesting learning media, especially applications that can be accessed on Android in the form of images, sounds, and moving animations, such as the Benime application. The benime app itself is an animated video maker app for a more interesting percentage.

Abstract

Problems in the family must immediately be solved not to hurt the family. One solution to various problems in the family can be solved with the existing approach to family counseling so that the issues faced can be resolved. The purpose of this study was to determine the best approach for family counseling. This research was conducted in the form of a literature review using a database in the form of Google Scholar. The literature used is in English and Indonesian format within the last ten years and is fully accessible. The literature review research found approaches in family counseling, namely the family counseling approach according to Adler, the rational-emotive process, the passionate transactional method, the psychoanalytic approach, the behavioral approach, and the logotherapy approach.
