Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of studying and researching the factors that cause the increasing use of slang among young people. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach and applies the literature study method. There are several factors that cause the widespread use of Prokem language or slang, namely the result of the rise of slang language appearing on sites that are often accessed by young people, interference or mixing of two languages, environmental factors, and finally the role of the media which also plays a role. be one of the factors.Keyword: Language, factors, young people

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of digital marketing as a marketing medium in an effort to increase the contribution of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector to national exports in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Digital marketing has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to reach wider and more diverse markets, beyond traditional geographic boundaries. By using digital platforms, MSMEs can interact with global consumers, introduce their products and services to international markets, and build strong brand awareness. This research uses a literature study method to collect data from various related literature. The research results show that effective use of digital marketing can increase MSME sales turnover and overcome various obstacles faced in implementing digital marketing strategies. Therefore, digital marketing is an important strategy that must be adopted by MSMEs to increase their competitiveness in the global market and achieve sustainable growth.

Abstract

The aim of the author in conducting this research is to analyze and study the positioning or market position of Pepsodent, Ciptadent and Close up brand toothpaste products based on consumer perceptions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study method. In general, Pepsodent, Ciptadent and Close-up toothpastes have the main characteristics of their contents. Pepsodent is the superior choice in terms of packaging size, while Ciptadent stands out in the attributes of taste, color, content, product design and packaging design. Close Up has similarities in terms of packaging attributes to Pepsodent

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) on the inflation rate in Medan City during 2024. Inflation is a key macroeconomic indicator for assessing regional economic stability, and CPI serves as the primary tool to monitor changes in the prices of goods and services consumed by households. This research employs a quantitative approach using monthly time series secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and Bank Indonesia. The analysis techniques include classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation) and simple linear regression. The results show that partially, CPI has no significant effect on inflation, with a significance value of 0.136. Simultaneously, the variables also show no significant influence, although the R² value of 18.8% indicates that CPI can explain a small portion of the variation in inflation. These findings suggest that other factors beyond CPI may play a more dominant role in influencing inflation in Medan City. The implications of this study are expected to provide input for local government in formulating more comprehensive inflation control policies based on more relevant macroeconomic variables.
