Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' morals at SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. Given the current lack of student morals. A simple example, when students meet or meet face to face with teachers, the students do not want to greet and reprimand the teacher. And such as swearing, being lazy to worship, fighting, mocking each other, fighting teachers Therefore, the author raised this title as a thesis research. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method using a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation, and interviews. The author hopes that with this research. The author also hopes that the results of this study can be useful for interested parties and can be a reference for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of learning methods contained in the Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nahl / 16 verse 125 on student achievement. Knowing effective learning methods to improve student achievement at the Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Private High School, Batu Bara Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Where in this study, the data is displayed as it is without manipulation or other treatment. This study was conducted to study, analyze and describe data and facts. The data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of learning methods according to the perspective of the Al-Qur'an Surah An Nahl 125 which is applied at the Al Izzah Integrated Islamic Private High School. In the researcher's research, the learning methods contained in the Qur'an Surah An Nahl 125 are wisdom that can be applied through experimental learning methods, lecture methods by providing motivation and role models. Mau'idzatul hasanah, good advice that can be applied in lecture methods, discussion methods by providing good advice and motivation. Jidal is applied in the discussion learning method by implementing differences of opinion with the aim of raising awareness and conveying the truth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implications of Islamic religious teachers' strategies in improving students' discipline and good character in Islamic schools. In the context of Islamic religious education, discipline and good character are important aspects that play a role in shaping students' personalities. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in several Islamic schools that implement various educational strategies. Data were collected through interviews with teachers, observations of learning activities, and analysis of documents related to educational policies and practices in Islamic schools. The results of the study indicate that effective Islamic religious teacher strategies include the application of role models, motivational approaches, and the integration of Islamic values ​​​​in the curriculum. The application of role models, where teachers demonstrate good discipline and morals, has a positive impact on student behavior. Motivational approaches that involve rewards and constructive feedback also contribute to improving student discipline. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in every aspect of learning strengthens the internalization of good character.

Abstract

The social changes that emerge in society in the current era of globalization and the rapid progress and development of technology have an impact on people's lives. This change can also be seen in the market industry, with the big changes that are happening now, there are many modern shops that provide various kinds of human needs so that you can shop for various goods in just one shop. This article describes the influence that Alfamart has had on the existence of traditional shops. This research aims to (1) To find out the existence of traditional shops since the establishment of Alfamart in Antibar Village, East Mempawah District, Mempawah Regency. (2) The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are people who are directly involved in the problem, such as traditional shop owners, the general public who act as consumers and also the head of the Alfamart shop in Antibar Village. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, while data collection techniques were through observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory of existence by Zainal Abidin. The results of this research are the decline in the existence of traditional shops in the Antibar Village community since the establishment of Alfamart, which has caused several traditional shops in Antibar Village to switch to selling goods that are not available at Alfamart, there are also shops whose condition is increasingly worrying, such as only providing a few goods, this is of course This alone affects the social life of shop owners whose income is reduced and it is difficult to meet their daily needs.
