Abstract

Abstract Pay later has become a popular online payment trend among the public, especially millennials. Ease of access and payment flexibility are the main attractions of this feature. However, from an Islamic economic perspective, the use of Pay later needs to be further studied because it has the potential to contain elements of usury (riba ). This study aims to analyze Islamic law related to the use of Pay later in online transactions. The method used is literature study by collecting data from various reliable sources, such as academic journals, books, and fatwas from scholars. The research results show that Pay later contains elements of usury because it charges interest and fines to users. This is contrary to the principles of Islamic economics which prohibit usury in all its forms. In addition, the Pay later payment mechanism does not comply with the qardh akad which is permissible in Islam. Based on these findings, it is concluded that the use of Pay later is not justified in Islamic law. Muslims are urged to avoid using Paylater and choose payment methods that are in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas tes Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) kelas 3 SD pada materi “Kenali Hewan Sekitar” menggunakan aplikasi ANATES dan pendekatan kontekstual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan instrumen berupa program ANATES untuk mengevaluasi validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, dan tingkat kesukaran soal. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah R&D (Research and Development). Menurut Solikin (2019), R&D merupakan metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu serta menguji keefektifan produk tersebut melalui proses yang disengaja dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yang melibatkan empat tahapan utama: pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), dan penyebaran (disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen, dan penelitian ini melibatkan satu orang validator. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri atas 27 peserta didik kelas 3 SDIT Cendekia Purwakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan berbentuk tes uraian dengan jumlah 10 butir soal menggunakan indikator taksonomi bloom pada tingkat C4(menganalisis), C5(mengevaluasi), dan C6(menciptakan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar butir soal memiliki validitas signifikan dan reliabilitas tinggi menunjukkan instrumen ini konsisten dan relevan dalam mengukur kompetensi siswa. Daya pembeda soal sebagian besar berada pada kategori baik hingga sangat baik, meskipun beberapa soal menunjukkan daya pembeda rendah. Tingkat kesukaran sebagian besar soal tergolong sedang, namun terdapat beberapa soal yang masuk kategori sukar dan memerlukan revisi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep IPA yang dianalisis memiliki kualitas yang baik secara keseluruhan. Penelitian berikutnya diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan kualitas beberapa butir soal agar lebih selaras dengan prinsip evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual. Langkah ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa hasil evaluasi mampu mencerminkan pemahaman konsep siswa secara lebih akurat dan komprehensif.
