Abstract

Radikalisme yang semakin luas merambah ke dunia maya menunjukan masih adanya celah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh kelompok organisasi radikal dan teroris dalam menyebarkan paham radikalnya. Upaya-upaya propaganda radikalisasi ini mudah menyebar ke seluruh dunia karena perkembangan teknologi komunikasi, seperti maraknya berbagai aplikasi dan sarana media sosial serta kemudahan dalam mengakses berbagai situs media sosial dan media online lainnya. Di mana radikalisme yang ditanamkan melalui dunia maya ini dapat menjadi embrio lahirnya terorisme. Untuk itu, bela negara dapat menjadi program yang dapat mengubah budaya masyarakat agar menempatkan cinta bangsa dan negara sebagai hal yang terutama, dengan demikian dapat mencegah berkembangnya gerakan dan ideologi radikal di Indonesia terkhususnya melalui platform dunia maya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya pencegahan paham radikalisme didunia maya sebagai Upaya bela negara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya penanaman konsep bela negara dalam tiap warga negara untuk menangkal paham radikalisasi yang semakin marak di dunia maya.

Abstract

The examination of a criminal case in the judicial process is essentially aimed at finding the material truth of the case. Along with the increase in criminal cases with various motives and modes, science is needed to support the interests of law enforcers. Forensic medicine or also known as judicial medicine is becoming increasingly important for the judicial process to obtain justice. This research discusses evidence in the crime of persecution from the point of view of forensic law. In this research, the author uses normative legal research methods using legal sources from primary legal materials in the form of environmental law legislation and secondary legal materials in the form of books and articles on waste management. The conclusion obtained in this paper is that Visum et Repertum is one of the valid evidence in the process of proving persecution cases, the role of forensic doctors can be as Visum et Repertum makers and doctors as expert witnesses.

Abstract

The production of clothing produced by the textile industry cannot be separated from the use of dyes. The dyes that have been used of course become waste which can have an impact on the damage to the water ecosystem if they do not go through a waste treatment process. This research discusses the extent to which law enforcement has been carried out regarding the behavior of the textile industry which disposes of its clothing dye liquid waste haphazardly when viewed from statutory regulations. In this research the author uses normative legal research methods using legal sources from primary legal materials in the form of environmental law legislation and secondary legal materials in the form of books and articles regarding waste management. The conclusion obtained in this paper is that liquid textile dye waste is a dangerous waste that can damage the condition of water and river environments if its disposal is not based on the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

The children of terrorism perpetrators are indirect victims of acts of terrorism committed by their parents. They often face stigmatization, discrimination, and bullying within their communities. Under the Child Protection Law, the children of terrorism offenders are categorized as children who are victims of terrorist networks and therefore require special protection. This study aims to identify the ideal concept of legal protection for children of terrorism offenders against acts of bullying. The research method used is normative juridical with a statute approach, comparative approach, and conceptual approach. The findings show that optimizing legal protection for children of terrorism offenders against bullying should focus on both preventive and repressive measures. Preventive actions to protect children of terrorism perpetrators from bullying. Repressive measures include optimizing the roles of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), relevant ministries, and institutions through coordinated actions to address the needs and protection of children of terrorism perpetrators.
