Abstract

Bisnis ritel berperan penting dalam menghubungkan produsen dan konsumen. Toko ritel seperti Eljar Kitchen menyediakan berbagai produk kebutuhan hidup bagi konsumen. Tata letak toko yang tertata rapi membantu konsumen menemukan produk dengan mudah. Namun, tata letak toko Eljar Kitchen saat ini dinilai tidak teratur dan belum optimal. Dengan mengoptimalkan tata letak toko Eljar Kitchen diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperbaiki aliran kerja secara keseluruhan. Analisis perancangan tata letak toko Eljar Kitchen dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan perhitungan Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi tata letak produk dan fasilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gudang produk memiliki nilai TCR tertinggi (583), yang berarti gudang adalah fasilitas yang paling penting di toko. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tata letak gudang produk harus diprioritaskan agar memudahkan karyawan dalam efisiensi operasional dan pengelolaan inventaris di Eljar Kitchen. Menyusun kembali tata letak secara efisien, Eljar Kitchen dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan.

Abstract

The productivity of meat rabbits in producing meat is higher than beef livestock. Meat rabbits are also an alternative source of animal protein that can be utilized by the Indonesian people. Rabbits have great potential to be developed in Indonesia. The aim of this writing is, among other things, to determine the effective level of productivity for meat rabbits and the sustainability of the rabbit market share which will be well supported by good marketing strategies, actors, marketing channels so that the competitiveness of rabbit meat commodities can be competitive and innovative with competing commodities. This systematic review of identification of national and international articles is divided into 2 clusters with production and marketing. The results of the discussion from this article for effective product quality need to pay attention to seeds, feed, and also cages and for marketing there are several patterns of marketing actors who carry out planning and determining prices and distribution of meat rabbits.

Abstract

Inflation is an increase in the overall prices of goods and services that occurs continuously. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interest rates on the development of the inflation rate. Interest rates are one of the monetary policy instruments used by central banks to control inflation. Inflation is an indicator that reflects economic health and influences various aspects such as purchasing power, monetary policy and economic stability. This research examines the effect of changes in interest rates as the main monetary policy instrument used to control inflation and its impact on economic growth. The method used in this research is simple linear regression to analyze the data. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.169. This means that around 16.9% of the Inflation variable (Y) is influenced by the independent variable, namely Interest Rates (X). Researchers found that in determining monetary policy the central bank has two quick decision options to control the stability of the inflation rate, including, increasing interest rates when the inflation rate is high or reducing interest rates when the inflation rate is decreasing which results in sluggish economic activity.
