Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the influence of brand image on NASA toothpaste purchasing decisions, (2) the effect of product quality on NASA toothpaste purchasing decisions, and (3) influence of brand image and product quality on NASA toothpaste purchasing decisions. In this study using the independent variable brand image (x1) and product quality (x2). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The samples used in this study were 60 respondents taken randomly from NASA toothpaste consumers who made purchasing decisions. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondents' answers to the questionnaire distributed. The results of this study indicate that: (1) brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the value of tcount of 4.606 with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.339; (2) product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount of 6.273 with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.522, and simultaneous brand image and product quality have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, evidenced by the results of F count of 48,089 with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Capital Analysis Ratio of BMT Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima" The purpose of this study is to determine the level of sharia health and compliance in the BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima on aspects of capital based on cooperative classification standards according to the cooperative ministerial decree and small business and intermediate number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. Analyze cooperative financial statements based on the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016, Evaluate the financial performance of cooperatives. This study uses 1 type of assessment of health aspects and components in the form of: Capital. The assessment will find out how healthy BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima is in terms of finance, and how obedient in predetermined sharia principles. From these calculations the BMT Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah  was classified as "Fairly Healthy" Cooperative. This is because it has an unfavorable value because BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima does not yet have a sharia supervisory board, does not yet have equity participation and financing originating from Islamic financial institutions and also cooperative management does not yet have an educational certificate for management of Islamic financial institutions issued by competent parties.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhipengembangan destinasi pariwisata LOANG BALOQ DI KOTA MATARAM. Metode penelitan yangdigunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang.Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis datayang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabelkebijakan pemerintah, fasilitas wisata, sumber daya manusia, serta sarana dan prasarana berpengaruhpositif terhadap pengembangan destinasi pariwisata LOANG BALOQ DI KOTA MATARAM. Adapun hasilpenelitian berdasarkan nilai prosentase dari keseluruhan variabel yang mempengaruhi destinasi pariwisatagili nanggu, diperoleh sebesar 80% yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 yang populer saat ini di masyarakat merupakan sejarah baru peradaban. Era ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya konektivitas, interaksi dan batas antara manusia, mesin dan sumber daya lainnya yang semakin cepat melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.Dunia pendidikan Indonesia juga tidak luput dari perubahan ini, pemerintah mempersiapkan diri dengan merubah penerapan metode pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode pembelajaran di sekolah dapat merubah sifat dan pola pikir anak didik, mampu mengembangkan bakat anak, dan lembaga pendidikan harus mampu mengubah model belajar sesuai kebutuhan jaman.Tuntutan jaman bagi peserta didik di era yang sangat kompetitif ini adalah dibutuhkannya kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif dan inovatif, mampu dan terampil berkomunikasi, bekerja sama dan percaya diri.Perkembangan revolusi industri berdampak pula pada pengembangan karakter anak.Anak harus mampu menyaring informasi yang positif, kemudian diaktualisasikan dalam perilaku yang positif.Dalam kaitannya dengan pembentukan karakter dan perkembangan revolusi industri, upaya yang perlu dilakukan pemerintah dalam bidang pendidikanadalah perlunya orientasi kepada peningkatan kreatifitas salah satunya melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan.Nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat bersinergi dengan pengembangan karakter bangsa yang diharapkan di era revolusi industri saat ini. Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the motivation of Community Business Groups and the competitiveness of products by providing business management training for Jupiter Jaya Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Sembalun, Mataram. The methods of implementing this activity wereby lectures, discussions and mentoring. The lectures were consisted of delivering material on business management, namely packaging management, labeling management and business financial management. The participants in this activity were 10 members of Jupiter Jaya KUBE. For financial management, partners were given training in simple financial bookkeeping and given assistance in making business bookkeeping.The result of this service activityis that most of the participants can comprehend business financial management. It can be seen that more than 90% of participants are able to make financial bookkeeping. In addition, the partners also agreed to use pouch stand for fish crisp packaging. This is because the stand pouch is more practical in packaging, strong in design, very flexible in shape, economical in price, and more modern and attractive in appearance. For product brands, the partners also agreed to name the fish crisp brand as dua sekawan.

Abstract

The aim of training in making pizza rot through cooking centers is so that children can learn about size, texture, and taste. They can learn different types of food and can compare foods, recognize, similarities and differences. children can also develop confidence when they have the opportunity to prepare food that will be enjoyed by classmates and teachers, with only planning and thinking, cooking activities can be an important part of the curriculumchild learning. the selection of training in Islamic Pearl PAUD because the PAUD already uses the learning center model but there is no cooking center learning, the PAUD only uses a few centers. The method used in community service activities is in the form of counseling / education using the demonstration method. Children involved are 20. Community service activities include training in making pizza bread in order to develop all aspects of development, growth, various kinds of intelligence, creativity, imagination, independence and racial self-confidence of children.
