Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the marketing strategy applied to Sheraton Hotel and Restaurant Lombokwas effective in increasing room occupancy. The method used in this research is descriptive method, and the population is the guests (customers) who stay at Sheraton Hotel and Restaurant Lombok. Determination of the sample in the study using the Yamane formula with a precision level of 10% with a confidence level of 90%, so that the results obtained amounted to 83 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and accidental sampling, using library data collection techniques and field studies which include observation, interviews and questionnaires. And to analyze the data obtained is a single table data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy applied to Sheraton Hotel and Restaurant Lombok has been effective in increasing room occupancy, as evidenced by the number of full rooms and the number of guests staying and the condition of the hotel, rooms and facilities available in accordance with the wishes and needs of guests (customers). . And it was also found that visitors who stay feel like, happy and satisfied with the services of this hotel.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada Hubungan pengembangan karier dengan produktivitas kerja guru di SMPN 13 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui Hubungan pengembangan karier dengan produktivitas kerja guru, dengan jumlah subyek 27 orang guru. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan metode dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis rumus korelasi Poduct Moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai rxy (Product Moment) yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,412, sedangkan nilai rxy dalam tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N = 27 adalah 0,381atau (0,412>0,381), kenyataan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rxy hitung yang diperoleh lebih besar dari pada nilai rxy tabel. Maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Jadi kesimpulan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Ada Hubungan pengembangan karier dengan produktivitas kerja guru di SMPN 13 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020”.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Capital Analysis Ratio of BMT Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima" The purpose of this study is to determine the level of sharia health and compliance in the BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima on aspects of capital based on cooperative classification standards according to the cooperative ministerial decree and small business and intermediate number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. Analyze cooperative financial statements based on the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016, Evaluate the financial performance of cooperatives. This study uses 1 type of assessment of health aspects and components in the form of: Capital. The assessment will find out how healthy BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima is in terms of finance, and how obedient in predetermined sharia principles. From these calculations the BMT Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah  was classified as "Fairly Healthy" Cooperative. This is because it has an unfavorable value because BMT  Produsen Gema Mandiri Syariah Kota Bima does not yet have a sharia supervisory board, does not yet have equity participation and financing originating from Islamic financial institutions and also cooperative management does not yet have an educational certificate for management of Islamic financial institutions issued by competent parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran online melalui media sosial terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan Tenun Songket Tradisional Lombok (studi kasus pada UD. Undur Pasang). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi yaitu 15 orang pengrajin tenun songket yang ada di UD. Undur Pasang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran online melalui media sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, dimana variabel X memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Lombok Utara”. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hubungan atau korelasional yang bertujuan mengungkapkan hubungan antar variabel. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari sumbernya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Ganda, Uji Hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Parsial (Uji t), Uji Simultan (Uji F) dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R3 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Regresi Linier Berganda adalah Y = 0,073 + 0,133 + 0, 007 + 0,228 + 0,011. Untuk Uji Parsial (Uji t ) menunjukan nilai Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1 ). Nilai : 1,732 > : 1,708 dan nilai p = 0,096 > 0,05 sehingga diterima ditolak sehingga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Variabel Pengalaman Kerja ( X2). Nilai : 0,047 < :1,708 dan nilai p = 0,963 > 0,05 sehingga ditolak diterima sehingga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, Variabel Lingkungan Kerja ( X3). Nilai : 1,283 < :1,708 an nilai p = 0,211 > 0,05 sehingga ditolak diterima sehingga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dan Disiplin Kerja ). Nilai : 0,073 < :1,708 an nilai p = 0,943 > 0,05 sehingga ditolak diterima sehingga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan Uji Simultan (Uji F) menunjukan nilai 15,290 atau Sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti diterima dan ditolak. Dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan hasil Korelasi yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,843.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the motivation of Community Business Groups and the competitiveness of products by providing business management training for Jupiter Jaya Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Sembalun, Mataram. The methods of implementing this activity wereby lectures, discussions and mentoring. The lectures were consisted of delivering material on business management, namely packaging management, labeling management and business financial management. The participants in this activity were 10 members of Jupiter Jaya KUBE. For financial management, partners were given training in simple financial bookkeeping and given assistance in making business bookkeeping.The result of this service activityis that most of the participants can comprehend business financial management. It can be seen that more than 90% of participants are able to make financial bookkeeping. In addition, the partners also agreed to use pouch stand for fish crisp packaging. This is because the stand pouch is more practical in packaging, strong in design, very flexible in shape, economical in price, and more modern and attractive in appearance. For product brands, the partners also agreed to name the fish crisp brand as dua sekawan.

Abstract

The aim of training in making pizza rot through cooking centers is so that children can learn about size, texture, and taste. They can learn different types of food and can compare foods, recognize, similarities and differences. children can also develop confidence when they have the opportunity to prepare food that will be enjoyed by classmates and teachers, with only planning and thinking, cooking activities can be an important part of the curriculumchild learning. the selection of training in Islamic Pearl PAUD because the PAUD already uses the learning center model but there is no cooking center learning, the PAUD only uses a few centers. The method used in community service activities is in the form of counseling / education using the demonstration method. Children involved are 20. Community service activities include training in making pizza bread in order to develop all aspects of development, growth, various kinds of intelligence, creativity, imagination, independence and racial self-confidence of children.
