Abstract

Education is an important instituation in educating the nation’s generation. However, education in Indonesia is still not advanced, there are many factors that cause education to not progress. Namely the lack of application of the values in Pancasila which is the gulding ideology in Indonesia. These values are still not applied to students who will ultimately become members of society who blend in various fields of life. Pancasila values are increasingly being eroded by the number of foreign cultures that are not properly filtered. Until now, Pancasila has only been memorized but not implemented properly and corrctly. Abstract

Educational problems often arise starting from the distribution of education, curriculum components, human resources which are considered lacking, the quality of educational services, facilities and infrastructure supporting learning, and so on. The driving teacher program is expected to become a motor in efforts to improve the quality of education. Driving teachers become icons of educational improvement, criticizing all existing problems and solving them by creating programs through learning communities in schools as a bridge for educators to solve learning problems. This research was conducted in education units in Brebes Regency, namely State Elementary School 01 Laren, Junior High School 01 Paguyangan, and Junior High School 02 Paguyangan. Researchers use Descriptive Qualitative research. The methods used in collecting data include interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity: Source triangulation and technique triangulation. The technique used in analyzing data is interactive analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions

Abstract

Perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dimaksudkan untuk menjamin kesempatan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi atas apapun untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait  dengan perlindungan bagi pekerja yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja hak dan kewajiban bagi Perhutani Pine Chemical Industry maupun PT. Ganefo Mitra Usaha yang dimuat dalam perjanjian kerjasama pekerjaan tenaga borong atau outsourcing. Mengetahui apa saja hak dan kewajiban pekerja yang dimuat dalam perjanjian kerja dengan PT. Ganefo Mitra Usaha. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tenaga kerja outsourcing belum sepenuhnya mendapatkan hak sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 meskipun dalam pelaksanaan kinerjanya sudah sesuai masing-masing bidangnya.

Abstract

Children are a trust from the Almighty God which we must protect in order to achieve a period of growth and development for a child to become an adult human being for a sustainable future. Apart from that, children are the hope of a nation as the next generation who are expected to become quality individuals. As the nation's next generation, children must be given full protection so that high-quality morals can be formed from an early age. Seeing developments in the current era, the development of social media is growing very rapidly, this cannot be separated from the reach of children even though it is not common. There is a lot of dangerous content on social media, especially violent and pornographic content. Legal protection for children from dangerous content on social media is still general, there are no specific and specific regulations that refer to providing legal protection for children from dangerous content on social media.Keywords: legal protection, children, dangerous content
