Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perhatian terhadap kurangnya produktivitas karyawan di suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh pengembangan karir, pemberian penghargaan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kampus STIE PMCI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 30 responden sebagai populasi dan sampel. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan karir, pemberian penghargaan, dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya ialah kinerja karyawan. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan R². Hasil penelitian variabel independen pengembangan karir (X1) diperoleh thitung (5,230) > ttabel (2,052), variabel penghargaan (X2) thitung (2,833) > ttabel (2,052) dan variabel motivasi kerja (X3) thitung (2,312) > ttabel (2,052). Maka variabel pengembangan karir (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), variabel penghargaan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa fhitung (15,228) > ftabel (2,98), sedangkan signifikansi ialah 0,000 < alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (pengembangan karir, penghargaan dan motivasi kerja) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,595 atau 59,50% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pengembangan karir, penghargaan dan motivasi kerja, sisanya 40,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Disarankan Pimpinan STIE PMCI kiranya dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dengan membuka peluang tebuka untuk pengembangan karir, memberikan penghargaan secara berkelanjutan dan selalu memotivasi karyawannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have on customer loyalty at company. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is campany and its observation unit are customers of campany. The population in this study were customers of campany, as many as 35 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The research method used is the data collection technique through library research and field research which is carried out systematically based on the research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). From this analysis, it is obtained the regression analysis of Customer Loyalty = 6,182 + 0,082 Service + 0.375 SOP.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Graha Aluminum Product Medan Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Positioning Pieces and Product Differentiation on Purchasing Interest of PT Graha Aluminum Product Medan. The population numbered 151 customers while the sample in this study were: 110 customers. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Data collection techniques are the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this research is that partially Positioning has a positive and significant effect on PT Graha Aluminum Product Medan's Interest in Buying Partially Product Differentiation has a positive and significant effect on PT Graha Aluminum Product Medan's Interest in Buying. Simultaneously Product Positioning and Differentiation have positive and significant influence on PT Graha Aluminum Product Medan's Interest in Buying. Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.346 meaning Product Positioning and Differentiation can explain Buying Interest of 34.6% and the remaining 65.4% (100-34.6) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: Product Quality, Marketing Communication Marketing Strategy and so on.
