Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) have on customer loyalty at company. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is campany and its observation unit are customers of campany. The population in this study were customers of campany, as many as 35 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The research method used is the data collection technique through library research and field research which is carried out systematically based on the research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis, regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2). From this analysis, it is obtained the regression analysis of Customer Loyalty = 6,182 + 0,082 Service + 0.375 SOP.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-commerce implementation on the marketing strategy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Deli Serdang in the digital era in 2024. The use of digital technology, especially e-commerce, has significantly changed the business landscape, requiring MSMEs to adapt in order to maintain competitiveness. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors in Deli Serdang who have adopted e-commerce. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics, including validity, reliability tests, and simple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variable (e-commerce implementation) on the dependent variable (MSME marketing strategy). The results of the study are expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the contribution of e-commerce in strengthening MSME marketing strategies, as well as its implications for the development of MSMEs in Deli Serdang. These findings are expected to be a reference for local governments, MSME associations, and MSME actors themselves in formulating more effective policies and strategies in the future.

Abstract

The very rapid development of business in the world has led to the emergence of international trade which is divided into two types, namely exports and imports. Realizing the importance of export and import activities, it was found that there are many roles that carry out the flow, one of which is the role of freight forwarding such as PT. Buana Mas Citra Lestari. Researchers formulate the problem in this research into a documentation and cost determination process at PT. Buana Mas Citra Lestari. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, then the type of this research is descriptive qualitative and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study was PT. Buana Mas Citra Lestari Medan branch, which was founded in 2010, and samples consist of documents and costs for the period July 2018 – July 2019. Data collection methods were carried out using observation techniques, documentation study techniques, interview techniques, and library study techniques. The research results show that there are imperfections in documentation and cost determination at PT. Buana Mas Citra Lestari Medan caused by the lack of computerization and management systems in place.

Abstract

Pembelajaran praktikum computer vision berbasis deep learning pada pendidikan vokasi masih didominasi oleh pendekatan tutorial konvensional yang berfokus pada prosedur teknis dan kurang mendorong keterlibatan aktif serta kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh integrasi Project-Based Learning terhadap peningkatan capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Praktikum Computer Vision berbasis Deep Learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan desain satu kelompok dengan pengukuran sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada perancangan Project-Based Learning yang terintegrasi secara sistematis dalam praktikum computer vision pendidikan vokasi serta pengukuran capaian pembelajaran yang mencakup aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa setelah penerapan Project-Based Learning, yang diperkuat oleh nilai gain score dan hasil uji statistik yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, kemampuan analitis, dan keterampilan implementatif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi Project-Based Learning efektif diterapkan pada praktikum computer vision berbasis deep learning di pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan sampel yang lebih luas dan mengkaji variabel tambahan guna memperkuat generalisasi hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan kredit dan penerimaan kas dari piutang pada UMKM di Kota Medan, dengan fokus pada kesesuaiannya terhadap teori sistem informasi akuntansi, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan prosedur dan pengendalian internal. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung terhadap proses bisnis yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas penjualan kredit dan penerimaan kas, sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dari literatur serta dokumen pendukung yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan praktik aktual pada UMKM di Medan dengan kerangka sistem informasi akuntansi yang telah mapan. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan kredit belum sepenuhnya diterapkan sesuai dengan standar teoretis, terutama karena tidak adanya prosedur persetujuan kredit secara formal. Selain itu, sistem penerimaan kas dari piutang usaha masih menunjukkan beberapa kelemahan, antara lain pencatatan piutang yang belum lengkap serta belum adanya pemisahan tugas yang jelas. Aktivitas penagihan tidak dibatasi pada personel yang berwenang, sehingga memungkinkan lebih dari satu pihak melakukan penagihan dan meningkatkan risiko kesalahan serta lemahnya pengendalian internal. Keterbatasan penelitian – Penelitian ini terbatas pada analisis kualitatif yang dilakukan pada UMKM di Kota Medan, sehingga hasil penelitian belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Implikasi – Temuan penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pemilik dan pengelola UMKM dalam memperkuat pengendalian internal melalui penerapan prosedur persetujuan kredit yang formal dan pemisahan tugas yang jelas. Kebaruan – Penelitian ini memperkaya keterbatasan literatur empiris mengenai sistem informasi akuntansi pada UMKM dengan menyajikan analisis kualitatif yang mendalam.

Abstract

This study investigates the determinants of e-commerce adoption among Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, emphasizing the roles of technology readiness and perceived benefits. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 384 MSME respondents through a structured survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that perceived benefits have a significant positive effect on e-commerce adoption (β = 1.578, t = 5.519, p < 0.001), while technology readiness shows a significant negative effect (β = –1.025, t = 3.543, p < 0.001). The model’s explanatory power is strong, with R² = 0.642, indicating that 64.2% of the variance in adoption is explained by these two variables. The findings highlight that MSMEs are more motivated to adopt e-commerce when they clearly perceive its tangible advantages, such as increased operational efficiency, broader market reach, and higher sales, rather than solely relying on technological readiness. This paradox suggests that infrastructure alone does not guarantee adoption without adequate digital literacy and trust in online transactions. Policymakers should therefore prioritize programs that enhance digital capabilities and demonstrate practical benefits to strengthen e-commerce adoption among MSMEs.
