Abstract

Abstract The role of teacher comunication is very important in the learning process, with technology tahers are required to be able to integrate technology in distance learning but also implement teacher communication strategies as the biggest connector in the effectiveness of distance learning. The way to facilitate good communicationis using a procedure from attention to action procedure. With five steps abbreviated as AIDDA. A is attention, I is interest, D is desire, D is decision, and A is action. The method used in this research is descriptive phenomena or data findings in the field as they are. This research was contuted by MA Zainul Bahar Wringin Bondowoso. Results of interviews that there are difficulties in convincing parents so that students are not asked to help work and provide motivation to study in group. The above requires a communicationstrategy with parents and childrenso that they can still carry out their duties as students and accept their rights as students by getting materials and teachers.

Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas menandai fondasi sukses bagi masyarakat dan bangsa. Dalam rangka merespon tuntutan global, salah satu caranya yaitu melalui progam unggulan. program unggulan pada pondok pesantren memegang peranan sentral dalam mengangkat mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyuguhkan pandangan mendalam mengenai perjalanan Pondok Darut Tauhid PZH Genggong dalam mengimplementasikan program unggulan untuk mencapai standar pendidikan yang unggul. Dengan menggabungkan metode penelitian kualitatif dan elemen analisis teks, penelitian ini berusaha menciptakan pemahaman yang mengagumkan tentang pengaruh dan dampak positif yang dihasilkan oleh program tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to anayze how public relations utilizes socia media as astrategy in increasing public interest in an organizationor activity. The appoach used is a quaitative method of case study desaign, in agencies that actively use socia media in their public relation activities. The result showed that the plandnned and directed use of socia media was able to increase public interest, which started out just providing information and turned into community interaction on socia media, expanding the reach of informationand increasing public participation and involvement. Key factors in this strategy include content consistency, two way interaction and utilization of platforms that are appropriate to the characteristics of the audience. The findings confirm the importance of transforming the role of public reation in the Digital age to form a more responsive and participatory relationship with the public.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia di sekolah melalui penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen melalui koordinasi antara staf tata usaha, kepala tata usaha, dan kepala sekolah dikenal dengan istilah manajemen tata usaha. Perkembangan sebuah sekolah atau madrasah akan terbantu dengan adanya pengelolaan administrasi. Prosedur pengelolaan administrasi yang dimulai dari kegiatan perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Tata Usaha, yang sebelumnya berkolaborasi dengan Kepala Madrasah, menjadi dasar artikel ini. Tugas-tugas dibagi dan kegiatan dikategorikan setelah semua program dan kegiatan direncanakan. Penerapan manajemen administrasi dalam mendukung pelayanan akademik siswa dapat menghasilkan pelayanan yang lebih cepat dan mudah dengan adanya Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu. Semua proses tersebut dapat ditingkatkan dengan adanya evaluasi bulanan yang melihat hasil dari pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan selama satu bulan dan dikumpulkan pada masing-masing koordinator.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk kepribadian dan moralitas siswa. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam kurikulum pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data menggunakan purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data deskriptif meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, tranferabilitas, dependebilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inovasi pembelajaran terdiri dari tiga yaitu perencanaaan: mengacu terhadap musyawaroh atau sesuai kesepakan semua para pendidik di lembaga, pelaksanaan: pelaksanakan solat dluha, Pembacaan asmaul husna dan juz 30 sebelum masuk kelas, Setiap 3 bulan sekali mengadakan penyuluhan terkait materi akhlaq atau karakter yang baik, Rutinitas literasi qurani Evaluasi: tes kepribadian, tes tulis dari hasil literasi al-quran, dan tes praktek ibadah. Kunci: Manajemen, Inovasi Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Karakter Abstract Character education in elementary school is an important aspect in shaping the personality and morality of students. SD Islam Raudhatul Istiqomah faces challenges in integrating character values into the learning curriculum. This study aims to explore and analyze the management of learning innovations applied in the school to strengthen student character education. A qualitative approach was used in this study, involving in-depth interviews with teaching staff, classroom observation, and document analysis. . The results of the study show that the management of learning innovation consists of three, namely planning: referring to deliberation or according to the agreement of all educators in the institution, implementation: implementing the dluha prayer, reciting asmaul husna and juz 30 before entering class, once every 3 months holding counseling related to moral material or good character, Quran literacy routine Evaluation: personality test, written test of results Qur'an literacy, and worship practice test. Abstract

Library and archives management in Bondowoso Regency faces various challenges that affect the quality of services and administrative effectiveness. These challenges include a lack of clear guidelines, inadequate infrastructure, and the need to increase staff capacity. To overcome this problem, the Bondowoso Regency Library and Archives Service is implementing a standardization program which aims to improve the quality of library and archive services through the implementation of standard procedures and structured policies. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of standardization in library and archives management and analyze its impact on the quality of services and archives management in Bondowoso Regency. This research approach uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and document study. Interviews were conducted with department heads, library and archives staff, and service users to explore their perceptions and experiences regarding standardization. Observations are carried out to observe the management practices implemented, while document studies include regulations, policies and annual reports to analyze existing policies and procedures. The collected data was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and relationships between relevant themes. The research results show that the implementation of standardization has had a significant positive impact on library and archive management in Bondowoso Regency. Standardization has helped in establishing clear operational guidelines, increasing staff capacity through training, and introducing information technology that supports efficient management of collections and archives. Service users reported an increase in the quality of information and satisfaction with library services, while archives staff reported an increase in understanding and better application of procedures in archive management. However, the research also identified several challenges, including limited resources, resistance to change, and the need for further support from relevant parties. In conclusion, standardization is an effective step in improving the quality of library and archive management. This research suggests that the Bondowoso District Library and Archives Service should continue to support the implementation of standards by providing adequate resources and building an organizational culture that supports change. In addition, the findings of this research can be a reference for other regions in designing and implementing better information and archive management policies.
