Abstract

Thesis entitled "The Effectiveness of Cash Waqf Fund Distribution through our Empowered Program in efforts to Develop Micro-Enterprises Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Analytical Study at KSPPS BMT Permata Jawa Timur, Mojokerto)" is dotted with the framework of thinking that the effectiveness of cash waqf in institutions that manage waqf is an important benchmark in the welfare of the community. The purpose of the study was to determine the mechanisms, analyses in the effectiveness of cash waqf disbursements in the development of micro-enterprises before and during covid-19. This study uses a comparative qualitative descriptive approach by comparing between two variables. Using effectiveness benchmarks according to Campbel Theory. The results of the study obtained that through the mechanism of disbursement of cash waqf funds, namely the source of cash waqf funds, the identification of prospective members and the stages of disbursement of funds, referring to the benchmarks of effectiveness, understanding of risks and the realization of The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in KSPPS BMT Permata can be concluded that the effectiveness of the distribution of cash waqf programs we empowered before the pandemic can be said to be very effective and during the Covid-19 pandemic it is said to be less effective, but KSPPS BMT Permata has a strategy to be able to survive risks in the midst of a pandemic.

Abstract

Sharia economic growth in this era has grown very rapidly. With such a significant development, many disputes have arisen. This makes it difficult for many people to find a way out of this problem. At the time of the Messenger of Allah, dispute resolution was usually carried out by means of sulh and tahkim. And in this writing, the author limits two main problems; First, how is the concept of sulh and tahkim in dispute resolution. And second, how to implement sulh and tahkim in dispute resolution in this modern era. The purpose of this paper is to find out the application of problem solving in accordance with good Islamic law. This type of research is library research with a normative and juridical approach. And the results of this study found that (1) the concept of sulh is to reconcile the two parties to the dispute, if it is felt that peace does not get results, then the tahkim method is carried out, namely by resolving disputes properly. (2) In this modern era, sulh is carried out by means of peace while tahkim is carried out by means of arbitration.

Abstract

Purpose– Sales Representatives play a vital role in the sales of Hajj Business products at CIMB Niaga Syariah. Their duties include promoting the products, explaining them to potential customers, and ensuring compliance with mudharabah and wadiah contracts throughout the sales process. Understanding how well Sales Representatives comprehend and apply these contracts in their sales practices is crucial for maintaining the integrity and success of Hajj Business products. Design/methodology– This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Primary data was obtained through direct observation and documentation of the sales process conducted by the sales team. Three data collection techniques were used: observation, case studies, and documentation, to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Hajj package sales process. Findings - The findings indicate that one key factor contributing to the stability of Hajj investments is the well-planned and meticulous management of funds. this study emphasizes the significant role of Sales Representatives in promoting and selling Hajj Business products and ensuring adherence to mudharabah and wadiah contracts at every stage of the sales process.

Abstract

Understanding of Islamic financial literacy should have been applied at least in personal finance, because when someone can manage finances well, it means that person has intelligence in managing personal finances. This article tries to explore how the process of educating the public about Islamic financial literacy in an effort to improve their economic level. Using the literature review method and field research, this article confirms that Islamic financial literacy plays an important role in improving the community's economy. In practice, Islamic financial literacy is really able to improve the community's economy starting from their personal finances.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah secara signifikan mengubah lanskap bisnis, termasuk strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha. Di era modern ini, pelaku usaha dituntut untuk memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif sambil tetap menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral dan etika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam strategi pemasaran digital, dengan fokus pada Toko The Angels yang aktif di TikTok Shop. Toko ini menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran, seperti live streaming, diskon eksklusif, dan sistem afiliasi, namun juga menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan kesesuaian praktik pemasaran dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam, seperti kejujuran (as-sidq) dan tanggung jawab (amanah). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Toko The Angels berhasil mengintegrasikan prinsip etika bisnis Islam dalam strategi pemasaran 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Produk disajikan secara transparan melalui foto asli dan live streaming, sementara harga ditetapkan secara adil berdasarkan prinsip amanah. Distribusi produk dioptimalkan melalui platform TikTok Shop, dan promosi dilakukan secara personal dan edukatif, mencerminkan nilai keikhlasan dalam pelayanan. Toko ini juga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kegiatan keagamaan karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada loyalitas konsumen dan menciptakan ekosistem bisnis digital yang etis. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pengembangan etika bisnis Islam di era digital dan menawarkan model praktis untuk implementasi nilai-nilai syariah dalam strategi pemasaran modern, sehingga dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha lainnya.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Sustainability (ESG Score), Asset Productivity (TATO), Financial Risk (DER), and Market Valuation (PBV) on Financial Performance (ROA). The study subjects were 20 dual-listed companies listed on ISSI and ESG Sector Leaders (IDX-KEHATI) (60 observations, 2022–2024). Using panel data regression analysis, the results show that TATO and PBV have a significant positive effect on ROA, highlighting the importance of operational efficiency and market prospects in improving profitability. Conversely, DER and ESG have a significant negative effect on ROA. The negative influence of ESG implies a trade-off between short-term compliance costs, which depress net income. Conclusively, operational fundamentals (TATO and PBV) are the most dominant determinants of financial performance (ROA). These findings have implications for the formulation of future Sharia-ESG Index criteria, recommending a high TATO filter, positive PBV, and low DER to select issuers with superior bottom-line and sustainable performance.
