Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the ratios of BOPO (Operating Costs to Operating Income) and ROA (Return on Assets) at Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) and BLU by BCA Digital. These two ratios are used to measure operational efficiency and bank profitability. The data used in this research comes from the annual financial reports of Bank BCA Tbk and BLU by BCA Digital for the last few years. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that Bank BCA Tbk has a lower BOPO ratio than BLU by BCA Digital, which reflects higher operational efficiency. This is due to greater economies of scale and effective cost management. Overall, this research concludes that although Bank BCA Tbk shows superior financial performance in terms of operational efficiency and profitability, BLU by BCA Digital has the potential to improve its financial performance with the right strategy in utilizing digital technology. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide insight for the management of both banks in developing more effective operational and financial strategies.

Abstract

This analysis aims to predict the probability of bankruptcy of PT Superkrane Mitra Utama during the 2017-2019 season using the Altman Z-Score method. This research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative method. The research sample is from PT Superkrean Mitra Utama, and the instrument used is the company's financial report. Data was collected through literature study, and data analysis was carried out using the t-theist onei sample technique. The research results show that based on analysis using the Altman Z-Score method, PT Superkrean Mitra Utama during the 2017-2019 period is projected not to have the potential to go bankrupt because of the average Z value ≥ 1.10. This indicates that the company is in a safe condition from the risk of bankruptcy to a healthy level

Abstract

Perubahan iklim dan urbanisasi yang pesat telah menimbulkan berbagai masalah lingkungan di wilayah perkotaan Indonesia, termasuk banjir dan pengelolaan sampah organik. Artikel ini membahas implementasi teknologi biopori sebagai solusi untuk kedua masalah tersebut di Kelurahan Limbungan Baru, Kota Pekanbaru. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung selama 40 hari, melibatkan sosialisasi, pelatihan, implementasi 50 lubang biopori, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas resapan air sebesar 35% dan pengelolaan 1 ton sampah organik per bulan. Partisipasi masyarakat mencapai 85% dalam kegiatan sosialisasi, dengan 60% terlibat aktif dalam pembuatan biopori. Survei menunjukkan 75% warga merasa puas dengan program ini dan 80% melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang konservasi lingkungan. Tantangan utama adalah menjaga konsistensi perawatan biopori, yang diatasi melalui pembentukan kelompok masyarakat peduli biopori. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, mengurangi risiko banjir, dan memperbaiki pengelolaan sampah organik di Kelurahan Limbungan Baru.
