Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer protection in sharia banking and conventional banking. This research includes descriptive qualitative research in the nature of library research. Literature sources used in this research include academic textbooks, scientific journals, research articles related to sharia banking and conventional banking. The results of this research show that: 1) Sharia banking operates with Islamic sharia principles, placing special emphasis on the concepts of justice, transparency and loss prevention for customers; 2) Conventional banking focuses on interest and profitability systems. Although both have the main goal of protecting customer assets, the methods and approaches they use differ significantly. This research describes the key aspects of both systems, examines the principles underlying them, and provides insight into how they offer protection to customers' assets. This study is important to carry out in order to add to the study of sharia banking and conventional banking, especially the scarcity of themes that discuss banking.

Abstract

The care and education of orphans is a shared responsibility of the community that requires a comprehensive approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of an educational care model for orphans in Kertomulyo Village, Brangsong District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the educational care model implemented combines formal education at SDN 1 Kertomulyo and non-formal education at TPQ Al Ittihad. The parenting pattern applied tends to be democratic with an emphasis on role models and local wisdom values. Supporting factors include social support from the community and high awareness of the importance of education, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources and psychological constraints of orphans. The implementation of this model plays an important role in meeting the educational needs and developing the potential of orphans in Kertomulyo Village.

Abstract

This research aims to revive Islamic values through the Awesome Muharram Fest activity at the Al-Quran Education Park (TPQ) Al Ittihad, Kertomulyo Village. Awesome Muharram Fest is an educational and recreative program designed to welcome the Islamic new year, as well as a means of learning and strengthening Islamic religious values for children. This activity involved various competitions, namely, there was a calligraphy coloring competition, a daily prayer memorization competition, an adhan competition, a short letters memorization competition, and a gharib competition, with the aim of deepening the understanding of TPQ Al-Ittihad students. In its implementation, ustadz and ustadzah also participated in supporting and assisting the committee in preparing for the competition. The Muharram Fest held by the KKN team went well and smoothly. It is hoped that this competition can be a means of learning and self-development for TPQ Al-Ittihad students of Kertomulyo Village and encourage their enthusiasm for learning and confidence. For the KKN Team, it is hoped that they can take lessons and experiences from various shortcomings that exist during the process of organizing the Awesome Muharram Fest by the KKN Posko 95 group.
