Abstract

This study aims to explore how New Year-themed content marketing strategies can be used to build emotional engagement and long-term relationships with consumers. Through a literature review with a descriptive analysis approach, data was collected from 19 relevant articles obtained through Google Scholar between 1999 and 2024. The study found that New Year-themed content marketing can create strong emotional experiences, enhance consumer loyalty, and strengthen the relationship between brands and their audiences. Brands that connect with positive values and consumer aspirations, and offer relevant and personal experiences, are more likely to build long-term relationships. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of implementing marketing strategies that prioritize emotional engagement and relevance with consumers, especially through the use of social media and digital technologies. This research also identifies the importance of sustainability and social responsibility in seasonal-themed content marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the dynamic relationship between market sentiment and stock volatility on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causality approach using secondary data in the form of time series data of quarterly financial reports of PT Adhi Karya for the period 2008-2023, which is analysed through the ARIMA model for forecasting and selecting the best model based on statistical criteria. The ARIMA (1, 1, 1) model effectively represents the historical data pattern of quarterly assets of PT United Tractor with a stable trend and a slight gradual increase for the period December 2024 to December 2026. However, this model has limitations in capturing more complex variations or dynamics in the data. Accurate ARIMA models help maintain financial market stability, support efficient investment decision-making, and provide insights for macroeconomic policy planning that drives economic growth. In addition, reliable predictions increase investor confidence, both domestic and foreign, thereby strengthening financial sector risk management and encouraging investment for sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Good infrastructure quality can be one of the key factors in enhancing Indonesia's economic competitiveness. With adequate infrastructure, companies can access markets more efficiently, reduce logistical costs, and increase productivity, all of which will enhance Indonesia's competitive advantage in the global market. This research aims to analyze infrastructure governance and social dynamics in enhancing national competitiveness from a macroeconomic perspective. The research method employed is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data for this research were drawn from reliable academic sources, particularly from Google Scholar, covering the period from 2013 to 2023. The study results indicate that good infrastructure plays a crucial role in maintaining Indonesia's economic sustainability and enhancing national competitiveness. Smooth distribution of goods and services, new investment opportunities, economic inclusivity, and the development of specific sectors serve as tangible evidence of how adequate infrastructure can accelerate economic growth and societal well-being. However, significant challenges such as the need for substantial investment, effective risk management, and adaptability to global economic dynamics need to be carefully addressed to ensure the optimal realization of infrastructure benefits.
