Pelatihan Pembuatan Bantal Leher dan Tas Batik ini berlokasi di kantor kelurahan Manahan dan di RW 3 Joglo dengan dihadiri total ibu-ibu PKK kurang lebih 50 dengan dihadiri para ibu pengurus tiap-tiap RT se-kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta pada tanggal 27 Maret 2020, dan di Joglo tanggal 15 Juli 2020. Adapun metode yang digunakan ceramah, praktek, tanya jawab.. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta dengan memberi pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pemanfaatan limbah perca kain batik diubah menjadi produk yang bernilai jual tinggi, sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga dan berkembang menjadi usaha yang menjanjikan pada masa mendatang. Hasil akhir agar ibu-ibu PKK kecamatan Banjarsari Surakarta dapat membuat sendiri produk yang berbahan utama perca batik menjadi produk yang bermanfaat secara mandiri dirumah.. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan ternyata secara umum ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta dalam mengolah perca batik. Target setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan cukup menggembirakan 75% tujuan pelatihan tercapai dan sisanya perlu ditindak lanjuti dengan pendampingan untuk Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berikutnya.

This research aims to obtain an overview of how the Village Government is involved in managing Bumdes in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was carried out in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency. type of qualitative research carried out in the field, the informants in this research consisted of: a). Village Head Village officials 1 person, b). Head of Bumdes Group 1 person, c). BUMDES members 2 people, d). Society of 2 people. data collection process through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the involvement of the Village Government in the Management of Bumdes in Tolitehuyu Village, Monano District, North Gorontalo Regency with a research focus on coordination, cooperation and supervision has not yet run optimally, which has resulted in the management of Bumdes in the field often encountering problems that cannot run optimally according to common expectations.

This research aims to examine the effect of risk management (credit risk, operational risk, liquidity risk and market risk) on financial performance (ROA) in the banking industry in Indonesia. The sample used in this research was 37 banking industries in Indonesia from 2019 -2022. The analysis method used is multiple regression of Eviews data. The research results show that credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO), liquidity risk (LDR), have a negative and significant effect on financial performance (ROA) while market risk (NIM) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (ROA).

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio on share prices at PT. Bayu Buana, Tbk. The type of data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, t test, and F test. The results of this study show the regression equation Y=9.139+0.176X1– 0.035X2, coefficient of determination, (R2) = 73% and coefficient correlation (R) = 0.858. through the F test, it is obtained that Fcount = 11.182 > Ftable 4.46, the results of this research show that simultaneously Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on share prices at PT. Bayu Buana, Tbk. thus the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the t test b1 tcount = 2.444 > ttable = 1.860, the results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on share prices so that the hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, for b2 tcount = -5,000 < ttable = 1.860, the results of this study show that the Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices so that the hypothesis is accepted.

Children of primary school age, namely the age range of 6 to 12 years, are a vulnerable age group that need attention, because during this period there are primary teeth and permanent teeth simultaneously in the oral cavity. The 2004 Household Health Survey showed people's behavior regarding the habit of brushing their teeth, as many as 91% of the population aged 10 years and over did it every day, but only 7% brushed their teeth at the right time, namely after breakfast and before going to bed at night. This study aims to see the difference between counseling on how to brush your teeth properly with demonstration methods compared to leaflets and posters. This research will be carried out using a quantitative approach. The results of this study then found that the demonstration method had the greatest difference in improvement (60%) compared to leaflets (12%) and posters (24%). This then shows that the demonstration method group has achieved a greater percentage than the poster and leaflet media.

Masalah utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajara Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengarun model pembelajaran Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-experimen dalam bentuk Pre Test Posstest Design yaitu sebuah experimen yang dimana subjek pelaksanaanya penelitian ini hanya melibatkan 1 kelas sebagai kelas experiment tanpa adanya kelas pembanding (kelas kontrol) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahu Pengaruh Model Round Club Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kabupaten Gowa sebanyak 18 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Metode Round Club berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid kelas V SD Inpres Parang Beru Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil analisis statistic deskriptif penggunaan model Round Club terhadap keterampilan berbicara murid positif, keterampilan berbicara murid dengan penggunaan model Round Club menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik dari sebelum model Roud Club diterapkan. Dari hasil analisi statistic deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus rumus uji t, diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung yang diperoleh adalah 306 dengan frekuensi db + 18-1 + 17, pada taraf signifikan 50% diperoleh t table =1,77 . Jadi t hitung > t table atau hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternative (H1) diterima.

Anemia adalah suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau kadar hemoglobin dalam darah lebih rendah dari normal. Salah satu penyebab anemia adalah produksi sel darah merah yang tidak optimal karena tubuh kekurangan nutrisi bergizi yang dibutuhkan. Makanan yang baik harus dikonsumsi selama masa remaja karena ini adalah masa awal persiapan kehamilan. Tujuan kegiatan pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja di desa karang kendal terhadap pencegahan anemia. Metode kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dilaksanakan di desa karang kendal kabupaten boyolali dengan metode penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan remaja melalui diversifikasi produk olahan daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perhitungan pre test dan post test yang dilaksanakan saat kegiatan yaitu dengan hasil sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan remaja yang mendapatkan kategori baik sebesar 25% dan setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan meningkat menjadi sebesar 55%. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan remaja di Desa Karang Kendal serta cara pencegahan terhadap anemia melalui produk olahan daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera)

As Reported by the International Labour Organization (ILO), about 380,000 workers, or 13.7% of the 2.78 million workers, die from workplace accidents or occupational diseases each year. In addition, more than 374 million people are injured or sick each year. Data from the International Labour Organization (ILO) shows that every year around 380,000 workers or 13.7% of the 2.78 million workers die due to workplace accidents or occupational diseases. And more than 374 million people are injured, injured or fall ill each year as a result of accidents with workers. Types of analytical descriptive research with quantitative approaches and cross sectional study designs (potong lintang). Data gathering by lifting, analysis by chi square. The sampling technique uses the Total Sampling method. The population is the total of the 75 height workers in PT. X. According to the results of the analysis, there are 8 (10.7%) employees with less knowledge, 30 (40%) workers with sufficient knowledge and 37 (49.3%) employees with good knowledge. The age picture is known as 50 (66.7%) employees who are ≤ 40 years old and 25 (33.3%) workers who are > 40 years of age. The education picture is 16 (21.3%) people with an educated level of middle school and 59 (78.7%) people with a high school education. The behaviour picture is 38 (50.7%) workers with unsafe behavior and 37 (4.9%) people who have safe behaviors. The results of the bi-variant test on the independent variable relate to the dependent variable, covering the frequency of knowledge with a p value of 0.018, the age with a P value of 0.009, and education with the p value 0.004. Factors related to employee behavior are knowledge, age and education. A suggestion for PT. X to hold a socialization on K3 every month (potentially hazardous, full APD area or other K3 information through posters, banners or other information media).

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa persoalan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas organisasi, misalnya dari kurangnya partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Serta kehadiran pandemi covid-19 telah melahirkan tekanan dan perubahan lingkungan eksternal dan internal kehidupan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran organisasi intra kampus dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan kalangan mahasiswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Universitas Riau. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu menjadi sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak, Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang terdiri dari 8 indikator dengan 16 pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Pengambilan sampel dari keseluruhan populasi diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling dan untuk menentukan responden yang terdiri dari 10 orang perfakultas peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling. Secara keseluruhan, temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil rata-rata pada persentase alternative jawaban responden dominan yaitu 69,25% dimana rentang ini berada pada kategori “Baik” dengan keberadaan pada rentang 50,01%- 75%. Maka disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran Organisasi Intra Kampus dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan mahasiswa pada masa Pandemi covid-19 di Universitas Riau berada pada kategori “Baik” Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Mahasiswa, Peran Organisasi Abstract This research is dependent on several problems in the implementation of organization activities, for example the lack of student participation in student activities. The presence of the covid-19 pandemic has given pressure and changes in the external and internal environment of whole life organization. This study aimed to find out and analyze how students perceive the role of intra-campus organizations in shaping leadership character among students during the covid-19 pandemic at Riau University. The benefit of the results of this study is that it becomes a source of learning for all parties. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instruments used in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation consisting of 8 indicators with 16 questions. The population in this study were students of the Universitas Riau. Sampling from the entire population was taken using the Quota Sampling technique and to determine the respondents consisting of 10 people from the faculty, the researcher used the Accidental Sampling technique. The findings of this study show that the average percentage of alternative answers for dominant respondents is 69.25% where this range is in the "Good" category with an existence in the range of 50.01% - 75%. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perubahan sistem belajar di setiap elemen pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19, dari pembelajaran online kemudian tatap muka terbatas sampai dengan tatap muka menggunakan sip kelas. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas belajar yaitu disebabkan oleh sikap atau watak pelajar saat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar atau yang sering disebut dengan Civic Dispotition. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Pembentukan Civic Disposition antara Siswa Laki-Laki dan Siswa Perempuan pada Pembelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 2 Lirik. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini, yakni sebagai sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX sebanyak dengan 50 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik quota sampling dimana sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 25 siswa laki-laki dan 25 siswa perempuan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer wawancara dan teknik angket atau kuesioner, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari observasi dan dokumentasi, yang terdiri dari 13 indikator dengan 31 pernyataan. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hasil uji hipotesis adalah F= 0,069 dan nilai sig pada Levene's Test for Equality of Variances sebesar 0,794 dan data dikatakan homogen karena nilai sig 0,794> 0,05. Nilai yang didapatkan pada kolom sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,013, yang artinya nilai 0, 013 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. One of the things that can affect the effectiveness of learning is caused by the attitude or character of students when following the teaching and learning process or often with Civic Dispotition. The purpose of this study was to determine the Comparison of the Formation of Civic Disposition between Male and Female Students in Civics Learning at SMP Negeri 2 Lirik. The benefits of the results of this study, namely as a source of learning for all parties. The population used in this study were all students of class IX as many as 50 students. The researcher used quota sampling technique where the samples taken were 25 male students and 25 female students. The data collection instruments used were interview primary data and questionnaire or questionnaire techniques, as well as secondary data obtained from observation and documentation, which consisted of 13 indicators with 31 statements. The findings of this study indicate that the results of the hypothesis test are F = 0.069 and the sig value in Levene's Test for Equality of Variances is 0.794 and the data is said to be homogeneous because the sig value is 0.794> 0.05. The value obtained in the column sig. (2-tailed) is 0.013, which means the value of 0.013 is smaller than 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
