Abstract

Abstrak  Pemasaran produk UMKM yang berada di bawah naungan Badan Usaha Milik Desa sering kali mengalami kendala dalam hal metode dan teknik pemasaran yang selama ini dilakukan. Pemasaran secara sederhana melalui getok tular dan pemasaran melalui media sosial grup (WhatsApp dan Facebook) menyebabkan pangsa pasar produk UMKM terbatas. Selain itu, meskipun pemasaran produk UMKM sudah dilakukan secara digital melalui telemarket seperti Shopee dan Tokopedia, tidak menjamin penjualan produk meningkat pesat, jika tidak dibarengi dengan pemasangan foto dan kontek produk pada telemarket tersebut. Keindahan fotografi dan konten sebuah produk menjadi salah satu pendorong, pembeli berniat membeli suatu produk/barang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pendampingan pelatihan pembuatan konten dan foto produk UMKM yang berada di bawah unit usaha Badan Usaha Milik Desa Sindangheula Kabupaten Serang. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui pemaparan materi tentang pengayaan digital marketing dan dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan konten produk serta foto produk umkm dengan menggunakan alat sederhana seperti handpohone, alat makan, dan lain sebagainya. Peserta pelatihan adalah perwakilan BUMDesa dan UMKM di Kabupaten Serang yang telah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sebelumnya. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan peserta dapat membuat foto produk dengan alat sederhana yang dimiliki (handphone) untuk kemudian diunggah dalam flatform akun telemarket BUMDesa dan UMKM sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan produk.Kata kunci : pendampingan pelatihan, konten produk, foto produk, BUMDesa AbstractMarketing of Micro Small Medium Enterprice (MSME) products under the auspices of Village-Owned Enterprises often experiences obstacles in terms of marketing methods and techniques that have been carried out so far. Simple marketing through getok tular and marketing through social media groups (WhatsApp and Facebook) has limited the market share of MSME products. In addition, even though the marketing of MSME products has been carried out digitally through telemarkets such as Shopee and Tokopedia, it does not guarantee that product sales will increase rapidly, if it is not accompanied by the installation of product photos and context on the telemarket. The beauty of photography and content of a product is one of the drivers, buyers intend to buy a product / item. Based on this, this activity was carried out to provide training assistance in making content and photos of MSME products under the business unit of the Sindangheula Village-Owned Enterprise, Serang Regency. The activity method was carried out through material exposure on digital marketing enrichment and continued with the creation of product content and photos of umkm products using simple tools such as handphones, cutlery, and so on. The training participants were representatives of BUMDesa and MSMEs in Serang Regency who had participated in previous training activities. The results of the training are expected that participants can make product photos with simple tools owned (cellphones) and then upload them to the BUMDesa and MSME telemarket account platforms so as to increase the number of product sales.Keywords:  training assistance, product content, product photos, BUMDes

Abstract

This paper presents the outcomes of a research experiment on the drying process of seaweed. There are numerous approaches to clustering data, such as partitioning and the Hierarchical Clustering Algorithm (HCA). The HCA has been implemented in binary tree structures to visualize data clustering. We conducted a comparative analysis of the four primary methodologies utilized in HCA, namely: 1) single linkage, 2) complete linkage, 3) average linkage, and 4) Ward's linkage. Clustering validation is widely recognized as a crucial issue that significantly impacts the effectiveness of clustering algorithms. Clustering validation can be identified, such as internal and external validation. Internal clustering validation, in particular, holds significant importance in the realm of data science. With this article, the main goal is to do an empirical evaluation of the traits that a representative set of internal clustering validation indices, namely Connectivity, Dunn, and Silhouette, show. In this paper, the HCA applies two distance functions between Euclidean and Manhattan distances to analyze the entanglement function and internal validity.
