Abstract

Sejak dikeluarkan  Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 pada 21 Juni 2018, penelitian mengenai penyelenggaraan PPK pada satuan pendidikan formal dalam konteks peraturan baru belum banyak dilakukan, khususnya pada madarasah yang  berbasis kelas sementara tuntutan akan pembangunan nation and character building (pembangunan watak dan mental) terus disuarakan masyarakat baik di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menemukan manajemen penguatan pendidikan karakter, khusunya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa dalam konteks kurikulum 2013  dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Nomor 18 Tahun 2018 di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri kabupaten Kerinci serta mengkaji dan menemukan faktor pendukung  dan penghambat proses penguatan pendidikan karakter siswa di madrasah tsanawiyah negeri  kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini bersifat campuran antara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumen. Data angket dianalisis secara deskriptif dan data kualitatif direkam, ditranskripsi dan dianalisa serta dikategorikan sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of parents in providing religious literacy to children through da'wah communication in the family environment. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study indicate that the role of parents is very important in providing religious literacy to children, especially in the family environment. Parents play an important role in providing religious literacy because parents are the first madrasah for children, moreover religious literacy covers moral and ethical values which will guide children in the future. The impact if parents are successful in providing religious literacy to children, the majority of informants said that if parents are successful in providing religious literacy, children will have good character, which children will also be easily directed, children will not easily fall into negative things. It cannot be denied that the influence in the current era is enormous. With the application of religious literacy, children are not easily affected by a bad environment. Religious literacy can also study daily life. Children will also understand and live life according to religious values and principles. Religious literacy is also a way of cultivating children's character. In which religious literacy has a role in forming the character of a person. Parents must also be able to utilize technological media such as mobile phones, reading media and other things that are also an effective method of providing religious understanding. In providing religious literacy, parents must also build good communication forums with children and also provide a comfortable and safe space for children. Because in fostering children's interest in studying religion, parents must be able to understand the nature, character and interests of children first, so that can reduce the failure of parents in providing religious literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran orang tua dalam memperkuat literasi agama anak melalui komunikasi dakwah dalam keluarga. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode fenomenologi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi orang tua dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan orang tua, komunikasi dakwah kreatif melalui cerita nabi dan media digital, serta keterlibatan anak dalam aktivitas keagamaan, berperan dalam meningkatkan literasi agama. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pengetahuan agama, dan pengaruh negatif teknologi. Strategi parental mediation, seperti pendampingan aktif dan pembatasan konten, menjadi solusi efektif. Komunikasi berbasis kasih sayang menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pembelajaran agama. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, orang tua dapat membentuk karakter anak yang beriman dan berakhlak mulia di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parental communication in supervising and guiding children's use of social media in Pondok Beringin Village, Kerinci Regency. The research focuses on understanding the challenges, strategies, and influence of parental communication on children's digital literacy. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews and observations, involving five informants selected using purposive sampling based on the relevance of their information. The findings reveal several key challenges faced by parents, including a lack of technological understanding, limited time for supervision, social environmental influences, and children's difficult behavior. To address these challenges, proposed strategies include open communication, active supervision, clear rule implementation, education on digital ethics, and the use of monitoring applications. Social factors, such as community norms and peer influence, also affect parental communication patterns in supervision. The study concludes that effective communication between parents and children can minimize the negative impacts of social media and enhance children's digital literacy. Moreover, collective education within local communities is highlighted as a crucial strategy to create a safe and healthy digital environment for children
