<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Growth on the Capital Structure of the Pharmaceutical Subsector Listed on the BEI for the 2015- 2019 period. The research population in all reports of the pharmaceutical finance sub-sector listed on the BEI is 10 financial reports, through the purposive sampling method, 9 financial reports are obtained. Based on the first hypothesis with the t-test of the profitability variable on the capital structure, the sig value is 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially profitability has an effect on the capital structure. The first hypothesis test with the t-test of the sales growth variable on the capital structure obtained a sig value of 0.513 > 0.05, meaning that partially profitability has no effect on the capital structure. The third hypothesis test with the F test of profitability and sales growth variables obtained a sig value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that simultaneously profitability and sales growth affect the capital structure. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Subsektor Farmasi yng Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2019. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh laporan keuangan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 10 laporan keuangan perusahaan, melalui metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling diperoleh 9 laporan keuangan perusahaan. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis pertama dengan uji t variabel profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, artinya secara parsial profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Uji hipotesis pertama dengan uji t variabel pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal diperoleh nilai sig 0,513 > 0,05, artinya secara parsial profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Uji hipotesis ketiga dengan uji F variabel profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, artinya secara simultan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal.
