Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana personal Information Management yang diterapkan pada Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas di Pekanbaru dalam memperoleh, menyimpan, dan mengelolah informasi yang mereka dapatkan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi BEM di masyarakat, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi personal Information (PIM) pada Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) universitas di Pekanbaru dinilai telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Dengan presentasi penerapan per indikator tertinggi terjadi pada indikator aktivitas Meta-level, sedangkan yang terendah terjadi pada aktivitas menyimpan informasi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan telah menjadi kebutuhan strategis guna menunjang proses pembelajaran yang inovatif dan inklusif. Perpustakaan sekolah, sebagai pusat sumber belajar, memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung kualitas pendidikan. Namun, di SMAN 18 Kota Pekanbaru, perpustakaan masih dikelola secara konvensional dengan keterbatasan akses digital dan kurangnya integrasi teknologi dalam penyajian informasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui digitalisasi perpustakaan berbasis aplikasi flipbook. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan participatory dengan tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan penggunaan flipbook, digitalisasi koleksi pustaka, dan evaluasi dampak melalui pretest dan post-test. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman guru dan pustakawan terhadap teknologi flipbook, serta meningkatnya minat baca siswa terhadap konten digital. Pretest menunjukkan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 45%, sementara hasil post-test mencapai 86%. Keberhasilan program ditunjukkan pula oleh antusiasme pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan konten digital mandiri. Penggunaan flipbook terbukti efektif dalam menyajikan informasi pustaka secara interaktif, menarik, dan mudah diakses oleh peserta didik. Program ini memperkuat peran perpustakaan sebagai pusat literasi digital sekolah dan memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang modern dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This article is classroom action research, which aims to increase students’ learning activity and achievement at SDN 004. The subjects in the research involved 26 students at SDN 004, which consist of 11 male and 15 female students. The method used in the research is descriptive quantitative, which explains or describes a factual problem based on phenomena that occurred in the research field. The results indicate that applying games can increase students’ learning activities and mathematics learning achievement. It is proven that the students’ average value before applying treatment is 52. After making learning improvements applied by the researcher in the first cycle of the first daily test, the average value of students’ mathematics learning outcomes of 76 students increased to 14.6% compared to the initial result before making learning improvements. In the second cycle of the second daily test, the average score of students' mathematics learning outcomes is 92 increased to 17.6% compared to the initial result before making learning improvements. Based on the learning outcomes data, students’ learning achievement has increased well after applying learning improvements in the form of applying games that could make students more active and creative in developing ideas and solving various learning topics.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and evaluate the quality of circulation services based on user perceptions, as well as identify service dimensions that need to be maintained, improved, or improved in the library of library of Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Indonesia. By using a quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that overall, the quality of circulation services at the Library of Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Indonesia is quite good. Nevertheless, there is a gap between the expected services and the services received. The Affect of Service dimension obtained a relatively high score, indicating a fairly satisfactory performance of librarians. Meanwhile, the dimensions of Information Control and Library as Place show results that are still below the expectations of users and it is suggested that the academic library increase the number and quality of human resources in the circulation section, update and add to the collection according to the needs of the study program, and improve facilities and infrastructure, especially the internet network and other service support facilities. This research is expected to be useful to add literature and scientific references related to the evaluation of the quality of library services, especially circulation services using the LibQual+ ™ method approach and can be used as a basis for improving circulation services in the academic library and other universities if they feel that they are experiencing similar things so that they can improve professionalism in providing services.
