Abstract

This study aims to analyze the achievement of product service differentiation and develop a differentiation development strategy at HKBP Nommensen University, Pematangsiantar. The urgency of the research is that there has been a decline in productivity over the past 4 years (2021-2024) as seen from the failure to achieve the target number of new student registrations, namely 1200 new students per year. Therefore, the researcher took the indicator of developing an expansion strategy through the SWOT variable aspect (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) as a reference in improving service products and productivity, especially increasing new student admissions. The intended output in the study is the publication of a sinta 4 (four) accredited journal. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The aim is to provide a complete picture, summarize various conditions, situations from various data that have been collected at HKBP Nommensen University, Pematangsiantar. The research subjects were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu belum maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh Metode Pembelajaran Inquiry Terbimbing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 347 siswa dan diperoleh sampel 64 siswa secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Tes, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data ini menggunakan uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari, (1) uji validitas, (2) uji realibilitas, (3) uji normalitas, dan menggunakan uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari, (1) uji analisis linear regresi sederhana, (2) uji t, (3) Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai persamaan regresi linear sederhana yaitu Y = 54,217 – 0,02 X dan hasil t hitung sebesar33,549 > t tabel sebesar 1,671 yang menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditlak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri Pematang Siantar T.A 2023/2024.

Abstract

Era Distrupsi ini perkembangan internet semakin pesat dan merambah ke beberapa bidang, tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Media pembelajaran juga ikut berkembang dan memunculkan Jejaring Sosial Pembelajaran (Social Learning Network). Edmodo merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran secara daring yang menggabungkan beberapa fitur Learning Management System dan Social Network menjadi Social Learning Network yang khusus dibuat untuk keperluan pendidikan.Untuk memperoleh proses pembelajaran yang efektif, guru harus memiliki media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik, hal inilah yang dialami oleh guru-guru di beberapa SMA Kota Pematangsiantar. Untuk itu Penulis,berinisiatif memberikan pelatihan Peningkatan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran bagi Guru SMK Triskati Pematangsiantar sebagai penerima manfaat setelah mendapatkan pelatihan peningkatan penggunaan media pembelajaran Social Learning Network (SLN) dengan aplikasi Edmodo,seluruh peserta sepakat bahwa Edmodo akan membantu proses belajar mengajar dan 96% akan mengenalkan Edmodo ke siswa-siswi didiknya di era kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Value transformation in education is often hindered by the dominance of instrumental-cognitive learning that lacks reflective experience. This condition creates a gap between conceptual understanding and the internalization of national values embodied in the Profil Pelajar Pancasila (Pancasila Student Profile). This study aims to analyze the practice of cognitive collaboration between university students and junior high school students in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile at SMPN 3 Pematangsiantar. A qualitative approach was employed with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing using a narrative approach. The findings reveal that cognitive collaboration not only strengthens reasoning and problem-solving skills but also fosters moral awareness, learning autonomy, and a spirit of cooperation among students. University students acted as facilitators who cultivated reflective and participatory learning spaces where Pancasila values were internalized through lived experiences. This study concludes that the Pancasila Student Profile is not merely a normative framework but a transformative and humanistic educational praxis that shapes independent, reflective, and morally grounded learners.
