Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku atau material pada CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI belum direncanakan dengan baik sehingga suatu waktu bahan baku habis pada saat proses produksi berlangsung. Manajemen persediaan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan belum memperhatikan kuantitas pemesanan yang ekonomis, dan juga titik pemesanan kembali bahan bakunya. Hal ini tentunya berdampak pada penambahan biaya- biaya yang harusnya tidak diperlukan, dengan kata lain tidak efektif dan efisien, sehingga CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI memandang perlu menerapkan metode EOQ dalam mengelola bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan data persediaan perusahaan pada tahun 2022-2023, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya penurunan biaya sejumlah 25,3%. Pada awalnya dengan kebijakan perusahaan saat ini, total biaya sejumlah Rp7.390.717 dan bila menggunakan metode EOQ turun menjadi Rp5.520.174. Hadirnya safety stock, reorder point, juga diperhitungkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa metode EOQ berperan penting pada pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. Kata kunci: Manajemen Persediaan; Metode EOQ, Industri Manufaktur ABSTRACT Inventory of raw materials or materials on CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI has not been planned properly so the raw materials run out once during the production process. The inventory management implemented by the company has not paid attention to the economic order quantity, and also the point of reordering raw materials. This certainly has an impact on adding costs that should not be needed, in other words not effective and efficient, so CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI considers it necessary to apply the EOQ method in managing raw materials. This study aims to determine the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to raw material inventory control in CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. This research uses quantitative methods with the object of research in the CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI. This research sample uses company inventory data for 2022-2023, which was taken using the purposive sampling method. The results showed a decrease in costs of 25.3%. At first, with the current company policy, the total cost amounted to Rp7,390,717 and when using the EOQ method it dropped to Rp5,520,174. The presence of safety stock, and reorder points, was also taken into account in this study. The results prove that the EOQ method is important in controlling raw material inventory in CV. BINA USAHA MANDIRI.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between organizational culture and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through a bibliometric approach. Organizational culture and CSR are two important concepts that can mutually influence and impact a company's overall performance. By employing bibliometric analysis, this study identifies and analyzes relevant literature from various academic databases to understand research trends, collaboration patterns, and main topics in this field. The analysis results indicate a significant relationship between strong organizational culture and effective CSR implementation. Organizational cultures that support ethical values, sustainability, and social responsibility tend to encourage better CSR practices. These findings are expected to provide new insights for researchers and practitioners in developing organizational strategies that integrate corporate culture with CSR initiatives to enhance corporate performance and reputation.
