Abstract

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, people have reduced their activities outside the house, including shopping, to meet their needs. Using online stores for shopping has become an alternative solution, but the benefits, drawbacks and what is available in online store applications need to be researched so as not to cause harm to consumers. This research aims to find out and analyze the benefits of online shop applications. It is hoped that the research results will provide benefits for consumers in using online shops and for online shop owners they can become a reference for improving services. This research method is descriptive analysis of data obtained through a questionnaire with questions related to the benefits of online stores in the e-commerce marketplace. Factors in terms of delivery of goods and the quality of the products received by consumers are of concern in this research as well as suggestions for problem solving that can be carried out by online shop managers. The conclusion obtained is, to be able to help consumers shop online during the pandemic, suggestions for choosing an online shop with good delivery services and assessing the quality of goods are needed by consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between Online Customer Experience (OCE) and TikTok Shop users' Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Repurchase Intention (RI), with CS serving as a mediating variable. As social media-based e-commerce has gained popularity, especially among Indonesia's youth, TikTok Shop has emerged as a prominent online marketplace. As part of a quantitative approach, a survey was completed by 100 respondents who had made purchases on TikTok Shop over the last six months. The data was examined using multiple linear regression and mediation tests using SPSS 26. The results show that OCE has a positive and substantial impact on CS. RI is also significantly impacted by CS. However, when CS is included as a mediating variable, the direct effect of OCE on RI is minimal, indicating that CS fully mediates the relationship between customer experience and repurchase intention. These findings highlight how important it is to offer a comprehensive and satisfying user experience in order to foster customer loyalty on digital platforms. This research recommends that TikTok Shop businesses focus their strategy on enhancing customer happiness and experience quality in order to retain consumers, given the growing competition in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan masyarakat yang majemuk. Keberagaman suku, agama, budaya, bahasa, etnis, ras, dan adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia menjadi dasar untuk menjaga keutuhan dan persatuan bangsa. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan nya sikap toleransi pada setiap individu dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada penelitian ini, Mahasiswa KKN kelompok 105 berkesempatan untuk melakukan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di desa Beruam. Desa Beruam yang terletak di Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara merupakan contoh nyata adanya keberagaman suku dan agama masyarakat di Indonesia. Melalui program kerja yang disusun berdasarkan pendekatan moderasi beragama, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa KKN dalam meningkatkan sikap toleransi beragama pada masyarakat setempat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang berfokus untuk menganalisis peningkatan toleransi beragama di desa Beruam dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kegiatan KKN terhadap sikap toleransi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mahasiswa KKN 105 berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan sikap toleransi beragama pada masyarakat Desa Beruam. Melalui beberapa kegiatan seperti kegiatan belajar mengajar di SD Negeri 057191 Buah Apam dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang sikap toleransi kepada peserta didik. Belajar mengaji juga diberikan kepada anak-anak yang beragama muslim sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keimanan terhadap agama Islam. Mahasiswa juga berpartisipasi mengikuti perwiritan bapak-bapak dan ibu-ibu yang diadakan setiap kamis malam dan hari Jum'at sebagai upaya meningkatkan silahturahmi dengan warga desa. Gotong royong di beberapa rumah ibadah juga dilakukan oleh mahasiswa sebagai upaya untuk memberikan contoh bentuk sikap toleransi beragama terhadap masyarakat.
