Abstract

Many UMKM entrepreneurs have recently plagiarized products sold freely on the market, resulting in losses for the first entrepreneurs who become victims of product plagiarism. Patents are exclusive rights used to protect innovative plagiarism behavior in products being developed. The reviewer wanted to examine whether there was any influence on patents & halal certification by increasing UMKM. This experiment was conducted with a sample of 32 respondents. This study uses a quantitative design with several questions in the questionnaire. The results of this study were declared valid and reliable, normally distributed, free of heteroscedasticity, and free of multicollinearity. A simple linear regression model was obtained by testing 1 (one) independent variable on the dependent variable Y = 17.347 + 0.557 X1 + e, which means that the independent variable is Patent & Halal (X1) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on increasing UMKM (Y). Therefore, entrepreneurs must refer to consumer trust because patents and halal certification are interdependent and make the market attractive to consumers

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the service quality, satisfaction, and trust of Indihome customers in Surabaya. In this study, researchers used baseline data from customers using the Indihome network. The approach used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Interviewing is a technique used to explain research but not to draw more general conclusions. This study used seven respondents living in Surabaya as the research sample. The results of this study are as follows: 1.) Service quality influences the improvement of Indihome services. 2.) Happiness affects improving Indihome services. 3.) Trust has an impact on improving Indihome services. Based on the research results, it is hoped that the company will continue to improve the quality of its services and products so that customers are happier and remain loyal to Indihome products.

Abstract

The examination of the Qur'ān's origins and its relationship with pre-Islamic Arab culture remains a contentious issue, complicated by narratives rooted in Islamophobia and the politicization of identity. This study seeks to reassess John Wansbrough's theory of the “sectarian milieu” by incorporating neglected aspects of pre-Islamic Arab culture, examining the influence of local factors in the Islamization process, and deconstructing the binary of “external influence versus internal authenticity.” Using a qualitative interdisciplinary methodology, the study integrates analysis of Quranic texts, Jahiliyyah poetry, archaeological inscriptions, and cultural anthropology. The findings show that the Qur'ān emerged as a result of a dynamic synthesis between pre-Islamic Arabic heritage (including oral traditions, ḥaram rituals, and tribal values) and external Judeo-Christian influences. This conclusion challenges Wansbrough's theory, which isolates the Arab context, while revealing a theologically revised continuum of cultural heritage. The recommendations of this study underscore the need for a comprehensive approach in early Islamic studies that incorporates archaeological, philological, and socio-historical evidence to avoid polarizing narratives manipulated in identity-political discourse.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji interaksi kompleks antara Al-Quran dan budaya lokal Indonesia di era digital, ditandai dengan tekanan antara pembangkitan agama dan budaya pelestarian. Melalui studi perpustakaan kualitatif, data diperoleh dari literatur akademis, dokumentasi digital, dan pemimpin-pemimpin terkemuka (Tibi, Arkoun, Abu Zayd, Sodiqin, Zuhri) yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan kritik sejarah, analisis wacana, dan sintesis konseptual dalam kerangka hermeneutika Gadamer. Tema penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga mekanisme interaksi digital: (1) Konten edukasi-kreatif (misalnya, tarian Saman yang disintas dengan QS. Al-Hujurat:10); (2) Pembahasan partisipatoris yang melegitimasi tradisi melalui prinsip-prinsip usul fiqih (#FikihNusantara); (3) Revitalisasi simbol imersif (filter AR yang menghibur kaligrafi Al-Quran dengan motif etnis). Dialektika antara pemurnian dan pelestarian menunjukkan polarisasi yang tercermin melalui algoritma ruang gema (#AntiBidah), tetapi juga memungkinkan integrasi melalui substantif pemurnian (membedakan doktrin qath'i dari urf) dan interpretasi ulang budaya (contohnya, gotong royong sebagai ukhuwah). Studi ini menegaskan peran teknologi ganda: memperdalam konflik dan memungkinkan rekonstruksi identitas inklusif.
