Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy on financial resilience through financial planning, with a special focus on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in East Java. Quantitative research methods were used with stratified random sampling techniques to select representative BUMDes samples. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire that measures the level of financial literacy, financial planning and financial resilience of BUMDes. The results of data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach show that there is a significant positive relationship between the level of financial literacy and financial planning on the financial resilience of BUMDes. The implications of this research provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of financial literacy and financial planning in increasing the financial resilience of BUMDes, so that it can help in designing more effective policies and training programs to support local economic growth at the village level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis bagaimana kualitas produk, citra merek dan persepsi harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepeda motor honda scoopy pada pengguna sepeda motor honda scoopy di kecamatan Driyorejo Gresik. Penelitian menggunakan jenis data kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna honda scoopy di wilayah tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaannya pada penelitian ini mengambil data primer yaitu dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Pengujian menggunakan SPSS 26. Teknik data dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kualitas produk, citra merek dan persepsi harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor honda scoopy di kecamatan Driyorejo Gresik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap Iphone. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada produk iPhone, Studi pada mahasiswa/i Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan epada mahasiswa/i Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang menggunakan ponsel pintar Iphone.Teknik analisis statistik, seperti analisis regresi, digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dan mengevaluasi pentingnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap keputusan pembelian. Serta pengujian Hipotesis diuji dengan t test dan f test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, dan gaya hidup baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Iphone pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus Surabaya.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of profitability, funding decisions and cash flow operations on financial distress through financial flexibility with financial risk as mediation. The population used in this study were Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2023 which received a special notation category X, namely listed on a special monitoring board with a total sample of 20 companies. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out with a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that profitability and financial risk directly have a significant effect on financial distress. The cash flow operation funding decision has no significant effect on financial distress. Through financial risk, profitability is proven to have a significant effect on financial distress, while funding decisions and cash flow operations have no significant effect on financial distress. Other results show that financial flexibility is not able to moderate the effect of profitability, funding decisions and cash flow operations on financial distress

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT Pos Indonesia KCU Surabaya 60000. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 136 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention, yang berarti semakin baik kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi, semakin rendah keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat mengurangi niat karyawan untuk keluar. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja juga secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi manajemen dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja guna meningkatkan retensi karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dan praktik manajerial di perusahaan lain.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study how perceptions of price, promotion and service quality impact customer satisfaction at CV Simpatik Jaya Surabaya. The CV Simpatik Jaya company provides swimming pool construction, gardening and other cleaning services. To compete in the market and maintain customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is very important for companies. Service quality, price perception, and promotions were chosen because they are considered to greatly influence customer satisfaction. This research was conducted quantitatively through survey methods. Data was collected using a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 100 selected CV Simpatik Jaya consumers. To examine the relationship between the three independent variables—promotion, service quality, and price perception—and the dependent variable—consumer satisfaction, data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that promotion and service quality have a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction. The results of this research indicate that effective promotions and superior service quality are important factors in increasing customer satisfaction at CV Simpatik Jaya. Therefore, companies must improve their informative and attractive promotional strategies and ensure consistent service quality to meet customer expectations. This study helps develop the company's marketing strategy. In addition, it can be a source of additional research. Keywords: Price perception, Promotion, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the influence of Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) on Purchase Intention for Bromen skincare products on the TikTok application in Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 100 consumers of Bromen skincare products who use TikTok. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests (partial), F-tests (simultaneous), and determination coefficient analysis. The results indicate that Content Marketing (t-value = 6.145; p < 0.05) and Influencer Marketing (t-value = 3.682; p < 0.05) have a significant influence on Purchase Intention, whereas e-WOM does not show a significant effect (t-value = 1.720; p > 0.05). Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on Purchase Intention (F = 125.042; p < 0.05), contributing 79% to the variance, while the remaining 21% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings imply the need to enhance Content Marketing strategies, expand collaborations with influencers, and optimize e-WOM to boost consumer Purchase Intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Chickroll. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 = 0.05 dan nilai T hitung > T tabel yakni 2.909 > 1.985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.017 < 0.05 dan nilai T hitung < T tabel 2.438 > 1.985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai T hitung > T tabel 7,192 > 1.985 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Citra Merek bersamasama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh hasil uji F. Di mana nilai F tabel sebesar 86.362 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000, sehingga nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

AbstrakAdapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat di wilayah Jawa Timur Sidoarjo dan Surabaya, baik dalam hal tanggung jawab permintaan, termasuk sambungan listrik baru dan keluhan gangguan, serta dalam hal kemudahan mendapatkan pelayanan, termasuk kelengkapan pelayanan/fasilitas penunjang, loket pelayanan dan sikap petugas. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun narasumber yaitu Pimpinan PT.Wisang Utama Mandiri, Pegawai Anggota PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri serta beberapa orang yang berhubungan langsung dengan PT. Wisang Utama Mandiri dalam hal pembayaran listrik dan sebagainya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih jelas sesuai kebutuhan penulis. PT Wisang Utama Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa, PT Wisang Utama Mandiri dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat sebagai pelanggan. Serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam memperoleh pelayanan yang tepat dan sesuai, baik dalam pelayanan administrasi maupun pelayanan teknis. Beberapa kendala layanan yang terjadi adalah kurangnya anggota personel dari PT Wisang Utama Mandiri dan kurangnya fasilitas pendukung layanan. Abstract

In the industrial world, especially energy companies are very vulnerable to increasing carbon emissions. Based on the graph managed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, it shows that the greenhouse gas emissions that contribute most are the forestry and energy sectors. So that in 2021 Indonesia has officially adopted a carbon tax policy by issuing Law no. 7 of 2021. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the significant effect of Green innovation, Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosure and financial performance on the Value of corporations with carbon tax as a moderating variable and applying carbon performance as an intervening variable. The method in this study is to take samples by purposive sampling in the form of secondary data, namely financial statements and sustainability reports in 2021 to 2024 on the Indonesian stock exchange, with a sample of 27 companies. To determine the significance of results between variables, researchers use SEM-PLS 3 software. The results of this study are that financial performance has a positive and significant relationship to carbon performance with a t-statistic value of 3.497> 1.96, namely that increasing financial performance can affect carbon performance in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. for the next variable, carbon performance has a positive and significant relationship to company value by showing a t-statistic value of 2.596> 1.96 with the assumption that increasing carbon performance in reducing greenhouse gas emissions will increase the company's value and be trusted by investors and the public. And the last is that financial performance has a negative and significant relationship to company value with carbon performance as an intervening variable, this shows a t-statistic value of 1.994> 1.96, with increasing financial performance can affect carbon performance so that greenhouse gas emissions can be reduced and the company's value increases.
