Abstract

The use of learning media on Maharoh Istima is very essential to promote students’ listening skills. Learning media used by teachers used to be ineffective due to the students’ heterogenous listening proficiency. That’s why, it is needed to develop an autonomous and flexible learning media to promote students’ listening skill which can be implemented anytime and anywhere. This Research and Development study employed a developmental method called ADDIE. The media produced was validated by media and material experts using a Likert Scale for analysis. The study produced a website http://belajaristima.com/ validated by the media expert in 92,30% and the material expert in 97,27 %. From the validation, it is said that the media is valid and can be implemented as a learning media.

Abstract

According to the students in grade VIII-1 of MTsN 6 Nganjuk Arabic language is one of the most frightening subjects. Because this lesson is quite difficult to learn without a teacher or companion, and in learning Arabic, it must not be learned in a hurry. In addition, the researcher also saw that students felt bored with the mufrodat memorization system through reading one by one from the book. With the Duolingo application, the researcher wanted to see if there was an increase in students' mastery of mufrodat and to see if language lessons became more fun and easy to learn.This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is a pre-experimental design or pre-experimental design, and uses a one group pre-test post-test design model. The sampling technique of this research used purposive sampling technique. The population of the study was a total of 276 class VIII, with a sample of 26 students from class VIII-1. The instrument used in this study is a test, namely for pre-test and post-test. In the study, the results showed that the Duolingo application had a positive influence on student learning outcomes, namely there was an increase in Arabic vocabulary mastery in class VIII-1 MTsN 6 Nganjuk. It can be seen that the pre-test has an average value of 74.7, and the post-test has an average value of 97.5. Meanwhile, according to the calculation of the t-test produces a value of tcount t= 6.977 where if it is included in the basis for decision making, then t count > t table or 9.718 > 2,060,. In addition, there is also a value of Sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.000. Which means 0.00 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Background: The banking industry in the future will face increasingly complex, diverse, and ever-changing challenges. Rapid advances in information technology have ushered global society into a new era known as Industrial Revolution 4.0. In the development of digital transformation, there are challenges where the development and potential of human resources have not been balanced with adequate skills, so human resource development is an interesting topic for further research. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of employee development strategy, formulate strategies for employee development, and determine the priority strategies for employee development using SWOT and QSPM.Design/methodology/approach: Based on this background, this research aims to analyze internal and external factors in employee development strategies, formulate strategies for employee development, and determine priority strategies for employee development. Next, to determine employee development strategies, researchers conducted an analysis using the SWOT method and determined priority strategies using QSPM. Finding/Result: The results of the SWOT analysis test in this research contained eight strategies. Meanwhile, the priority strategy in employee development based on the QSPM method is to increase employee competency by focusing on a self-learning culture through a digital learning platform so that they can develop new features or improve existing features on products and improve digital services and implement a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the entire line.Conclusion: This study found employee development strategies to enhance in addressing Bank 4.0 by improving employee competencies, focusing on a self-learning culture through digital learning platforms to develop new features or improve exciting ones on products, and enhancing digital services and implementing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all areas.Originality/value (State of art): This study uses IFE dan EFE with VRIO and PESTLE tools. Abstract

Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) termasuk salah satu masalah serius yang mengancam keamanan dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan upaya preventif yang efektif melalui penyuluhan hukum. Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada calon pengantin mengenai pencegahan KDRT di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kraksaan. Penyuluhan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hak-hak mereka, baik prosedur hukum yang tersedia, serta langkah-langkah praktis untuk mencegah dan menangani KDRT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi kasus. Materi penyuluhan mencakup definisi dan jenis KDRT, dampak KDRT terhadap korban, undang-undang yang mengatur KDRT, serta prosedur pelaporan dan perlindungan hukum bagi korban. Penyuluhan juga menekankan pentingnya peran komunitas dalam mencegah KDRT dan mendukung korban. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang isu KDRT dan langkah-langkah pencegahannya bagi pasangan calon pengantin. Peserta juga melaporkan kesiapan yang lebih baik dalam menangani kasus KDRT di komunitas mereka. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan hukum ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program-program serupa di wilayah lain, serta berkontribusi pada upaya preventif terhadap KDRT secara lebih luas.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the influence of mentoring conducted by PT Multimas Nabati Asahan Serang on the effectiveness of succession planning, analyzing mentoring that has a dominant influence on succession effectiveness planning, and developing mentoring strategies to increase the effectiveness. The study involved a total of 22 departments within the organization and will span three months, from September 2024 to November 2024. The results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis showed that the employee competency factor is the most influential factor in succession planning. The data from the assessment of the weight and priority of alternative elements of strategies to the objectives showed the highest influence was collaborative learning with a weight value of 0.281 and then the second to fifth were alternative strategies for enrichment and expansion of work, project assignment, work rotation, and formal training.

Abstract

The availability of professional and trained human resources is the key to the success of a company. However, it is unfortunate when employees who have received a training program actually resign from work. This is what happened in the PLN work environment. The mental readiness factor and the training program are not as expected to be the cause for new employees. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of pre-service learning for new employee candidates of PT PLN (Persero) and find out future implementation strategies. The research method uses mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative. This research uses the Kirkpatrick level I approach with data processing techniques using the Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis methods, as well as the Eckenrode method. The results show that the strength level of the implementation of the pre-service training program shows very good results because the training program provided by company management provides useful value to support work activities. Furthermore, this pre-service training program is considered effective because it has provided a very high level of satisfaction for employees. Meanwhile, the factor that causes employees to resign from their jobs is because there is still a mismatch between training and the reality of work practices in the field. So the future strategy to retain new employees is to strengthen the mentorship program, strengthen the character of prospective new employees, and update content, and career development.
