Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: Individuals if they have high self-efficacy will have a positive attitude, tend to focus on success and tend to focus on goals. This self-efficacy if owned by employees will make them always try to solve every problem at work besides that it can improve performance to the maximum in proportion to the skills possessed by these employees. Background Problems: Self-efficacy is often associated with employee performance, achievement, and so on. Efficacy plays a very important role in everyday life. Self-efficacy can support individuals to optimize their potential. Research Methods: This research uses a literature study approach. Literature study is bringing together references which include research conducted previously, then compiled to make a conclusion. Finding/Results: Based on previous studies, it is found that self-efficacy in employees in a company greatly affects the level of employee readiness, employee performance, and job satisfaction and work performance positively and significantly. Conclusion: The conclusion from the results of this study is the importance of self-efficacy when owned by an employee who works in a company.

Abstract

Kyai has a very dominant role in guiding and fostering students and the surrounding community. In Islamic counseling practice, Kyai generally applies the method of dhikr and ibrah as a means to help counselors overcome their problems. In fact, almost every problem faced by counseling is directed to do more dhikr and remember Allah as a form of spiritual solution. This research aims to explore the direct experience of the Kyai in dealing with students who experience various problems. This is useful in raising a new dimension in the study of Kyai's leadership, namely as a figure who plays a role in guiding and directing students through a counseling approach. With in-depth interview techniques and participatory observation, this study will present a real picture of counseling practices in Islamic boarding schools and the various challenges faced by Kyai in carrying out this role. The results of the study show that the counseling approach carried out by Kyai in Islamic boarding schools has its own characteristics that distinguish it from modern counseling approaches. By referring to Islamic books, Kyai instills spiritual values in every guidance given, so that students not only get solutions to their problems, but also gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of life.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji gambaran kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa tuli di Universitas Sahid Surakarta dari perspektif pendidikan dengan berfokus pada dukungan sosial. Penelitian mengenai kesejahteraan psikologis ini penting untuk memahami kebutuhan spesifik mahasiswa tuli dan mengembangkan strategi dalam membantu meraih pengalaman akademik yang seimbang. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 7 mahasiswa tuli selama satu bulan dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang sama namun pada usia yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dengan teman dan dosen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa tuli. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya memahami dukungan dalam bidang pendidikan yang layak untuk menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis pada mahasiswa tuli. Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan Psikologis, Mahasiswa Tuli, Pendidikan  AbstractThis study aims to examine the description of psychological well-being in deaf students at Sahid University Surakarta from an educational perspective by focusing on social support. Research on psychological well-being is important to understand the specific needs of deaf students and develop strategies to help achieve a balanced academic experience. This study uses qualitative methods with observation and in-depth interviews with 7 deaf students for one month with the same educational background but at different ages. The results showed that social support from friends and lecturers have a significant influence on psychological well-being in deaf students. The findings in this study emphasise the importance of understanding support in the field of proper education to maintain psychological well-being in deaf students. Keywords: Psychological Well-Being, Deaf Students, Education
