Abstract

Provisions regarding coffee exports have been regulated several times by Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia until the most recent is Permendag No. 19 of 2021. Since the enactment of this regulation, all coffee business actors have had the opportunity to become Indonesian coffee exporters. This study discusses whether there has been a change in the value of coffee exports before and after Permendag No.19 of 2021 on coffee exports in Indonesia. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive, using secondary data, which is analyzed using the Paired sample T-test to determine the difference in the average coffee export value before and after Permendag No.19 of 2021. The results show that the Government of Trade No.19 of 2021 influences Indonesian coffee exports. The value of Indonesian coffee exports after the implementation of Permendag No. 19 of 2019 has increased, which is relatively high, as seen from the correlation value, which reaches 96%. The ease of exporting coffee products after the Minister of Trade Regulation is one of the reasons. Permendag No.19 of 2021 in article 50 point (r) makes the coffee export process more accessible so that in addition to reaching a broader market, it also increases the emergence of new exporters. It allows coffee from upstream or farmers to directly access the international market.

Abstract

The presence of marine debris in the waters can change the quality of the waters, which is caused by anthropogenic activities. This marine debris is a persistent solid material, which is intentionally or unintentionally thrown away and left in the marine environment. This research aims to determine the type and density of marine debris. The research was carried out in August 2022 at Melon Beach, Selayar Regency. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach by conducting field surveys. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques to classify the types of marine waste collected and calculate the density and mass of the waste. The research results showed that there were 27 types of macro waste and 5 types of micro waste. The density of plastic waste ranged from 3-6 items/m2, whereas in this study the density of plastic waste ranged from 0.0001-0.008 items/m2.

Abstract

Program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Binawara, Kecamatan Kusan Hulu, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, yang dikenal sebagai sentra ikan gabus (Channa striata). Pemanfaatan ikan gabus sebelumnya masih terbatas pada konsumsi rumah tangga, sehingga diperlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah ikan gabus menjadi produk albumin sebagai pangan fungsional. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan praktik langsung dengan melibatkan ibu rumah tangga, anggota PKK, pelaku UMKM, dan pembudidaya ikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat yang ditandai dengan keberhasilan produksi albumin cair skala kecil. Produk yang dihasilkan diterima secara organoleptik, memiliki daya simpan hingga satu bulan dalam kondisi beku, serta memperoleh respon positif dalam uji pasar terbatas. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya jejaring kolaborasi masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa untuk pengembangan usaha secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, pengolahan ikan gabus menjadi produk albumin berpotensi mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.
