Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) management in Islamic Education plays a crucial role in guiding students to achieve educational goals that are in line with Islamic values. This abstract explores the strategy of implementing guidance and counseling management in Islamic education, which includes the development of Islamic guidance and counseling curriculum and programs as well as the competence of guidance and counseling teachers. In addition, it also discusses the application of counseling management functions in Islam, including the application of management functions in the process of implementing Islamic counseling and counseling management functions in general.

Abstract

Linktree is an application that allows users to create personalized and customizable pages, which can host multiple links related to the subject matter. Linktree can help teachers to organize and share information related to subject matter more quickly and efficiently. The purpose of using Linktree is to allow users to collect and organize multiple links into one page that is easy to personalize and design. The type of research conducted is qualitative descriptive research, which collects in-depth data on various aspects related to how to use the linktree application for free easily. By using Linktree, users can easily organize and share information related to business or subject matter, thus facilitating the learning and teaching process.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) services in primary schools play a crucial role in helping learners achieve their best potential. The complexity of learner development and the increasing demands of education demand the improvement of supporting programs for guidance and counseling services in primary schools. This study aims to understand the importance of the quality of counseling service programs, supporting programs for counseling services in primary schools, and improving facilities and infrastructure. Secondary data were obtained through a literature review study. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study, namely studying related documents such as the plan for supporting counseling service programs in elementary schools and previous research. The results of this study are expected to help educators in running the counseling program better by understanding the importance of the quality of counseling service programs, supporting programs for counseling services in elementary schools, and improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Creative thinking is a process used when an individual comes up with a new idea. The purpose of writing this article is to formulate Creative Thinking and Achievement Motivation; Creative Thinking and Achievement Motivation in Entrepreneurship; and the Relevance of Creative Thinking and Achievement Motivation in Islamic Education. The results of this writing are Creative thinking is a process used when an individual brings or brings up a new idea; The role of creative thinking in entrepreneurship is not only about generating new ideas, but also about implementing those ideas effectively in a business context; Islamic education is the process of forming individuals based on Islamic teachings to achieve high degrees so that they are able to fulfill their function as caliphs on earth and succeed in realizing happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

Reading is an activity carried out by the reader to understand the message that wants to be conveyed through writing or words. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore effective strategies in improving reading skills, as well as identify factors that influence the improvement of reading skills of elementary school students. The preparation of this article uses a literature study method related to research and other references such as books, magazines, and literature. effective strategies carried out by teachers are Reading Literacy Activities, Spelling Strategies, and Extensive reading strategies by using these strategies students will be easier in improving reading skills. Factors that influence students' reading delays are the lack of guidance and motivation from parents.
