Abstract

The service that we carry out by assisting in the socialization of the negative impacts of Gadgets aims to prevent the negative impacts that arise due to excessive use of Gadgets and minimize their use on children in Dukuh Tengah, Nambangrejo Village, specifically the students at SDN 2 Nambangrejo. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The results achieved from this service are that children can reduce their activity of playing Gadgets, as can be seen from the children who prefer to play with their peers in their neighborhood and with the KPM team rather than playing Gadgets. There is a use of time after school, which can be seen from the children being more active in taking part in madin activities, reciting the Iqro' Koran, juz amma, al Qur'an, memorizing letters, practicing giving speeches in the mosque or prayer room in the neighborhood. The increase in children's interest in learning can be seen when they attend tutoring with the KPM team at night with focus, not using their smartphones to play games.

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities is the use of social media as a means of da'wah, which is to provide information, communicate, and keep records about all Taklim Arofah meetings related to education. In this activity, direct observation was carried out at the Baiturrohman Mosque in the Karang Hamlet area, Prajegan village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency, and documentation of the taklim meeting was included in the Tiktok media. In addition, the manager and chairman of the Taklim council in Karang Hamlet were interviewed directly to get information about the implementation of service activities. The result of this service is the use of social media platforms such as Tiktok and WhatsApp as a source of information, a place for documentation, and a communication tool for every Taklim council meeting and community activity held at the Baiturrohman Mosque in Karang Hamlet, including supporting photos.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of salat sempurna (perfect prayer) learning in community-based tutoring (bimbingan belajar/bimbel) as a medium for strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. The research employed a field research design with a qualitative approach. The participants were 12 children from Dusun Kayumas, Ngrogung Village, Ngebel District, who attended tutoring sessions after completing their Madrasah Diniyah (Madin) classes. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The findings reveal that the implementation of salat sempurna learning had a positive impact on improving children’s understanding and skills in both recitations and prayer movements. Moreover, the program fostered values of discipline, cooperation, and noble character in line with the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. Supporting factors included the involvement of ustadzah (religious teachers), KPM students, and the use of the mosque as a learning venue. Challenges encountered were limited time, varying levels of prior knowledge, and differences in learning motivation. Nevertheless, the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach proved effective in utilizing community assets, making the program more efficient and sustainable. This study highlights the importance of tutoring as an alternative form of non-formal education for enhancing worship practices and strengthening children’s character development.
