Abstract

Background. This article delves into the realm of epistemology, a crucial branch of the philosophy of science that explores the nature of knowledge and its reflection on human reality. Method. The research methodology involves library research and descriptive research, with data collected from various reading materials, contributing to a comprehensive exploration of epistemology and its role in language education. Purpose. The research aims to 1) comprehend the concept of educational epistemology and 2) ascertain the role of epistemology in Arabic language learning. By achieving these objectives, the study seeks to provide insights into the application of philosophical knowledge in Arabic language education, specifically addressing the four language skills: listening, writing, speaking, and reading. Results. The discussion reveals three distinct epistemologies in Arabic language learning: Bayani emphasizes textual authority, Irfani relies on experiential knowledge through spiritual exercises, and Burhani relies solely on reason and logical evidence. These epistemologies shape the approach to understanding and acquiring knowledge, offering diverse perspectives within the context of Arabic language education.Top of Form. Conclusion. In conclusion, this article provides valuable insights into the essence of epistemology, its diverse applications in Arabic language learning, and the philosophical underpinnings of language education.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the study of mechanics on one of the high school materials, namely Simple Machine. The method used is to use the summarize method, where this method only concludes, takes a little bit of the background, objectives and research methods, as well as research results and a little point of discussion as well as conclusions drawn from the journal. Data collection was carried out by reviewing all articles related to Simple Aircraft material as many as 31 accredited national and international journals obtained from Google Schoolar, Research Gate, DOAJ, and Scopus. The research results obtained said that a simple machine consists of a simple arrangement of tools to assist daily activities which include levers, inclined planes, pulleys, and porous wheels. The experience and habits of using simple machines in daily activities make it easy for students to understand the material being studied. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kajian mekanika pada salah satu materi SMA yaitu Pesawat Sederhana. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode meringkas (summarize), dimana metode ini hanya menyimpulkan saja, mengambil sedikit pokok latar belakang, tujuan dan metode penelitian, serta hasil penelitian dan sedikit pokok pembahasan juga kesimpulan diambil dari jurnal tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mereview semua artikel terkait materi Pesawat Sederhana sebanyak 31 jurnal nasional dan internasional terakreditasi yang diperoleh dari Google Schoolar, Research Gate, DOAJ, dan Scopus. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengatakan bahwa Pesawat sederhana terdiri atas susunan alat sederhana untuk membantu aktivitas keseharian yang meliputi tuas, bidang miring, katrol, dan roda berporos. Pengalaman dan kebiasaan penggunaan pesawat sederhana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, memberikan kemudahan bagi peserta didik untuk memahami materi yang dipelajari.
