Abstract

Learning media has already been implemented in schools, and it is necessary to develop learning media in Ainun Mahya PAUD schools. This study aims to determine the development of media in children's education. This study uses a quantitative approach through the use of surveys and quantitative techniques to analyze correlations. In this study, both PAUD students and teachers were used as samples, so that researchers could collect information from primary sources. The research group consisted of PAUD students and teachers. Information-gathering techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects from which data could be collected were the focus of this investigation. The fieldwork was carried out in Lobu Huala Village, Kualuh Selatan, Labuhan Batu Utara, Kecamatan. The findings of this study prove emphatically: (1) Limited educational resources at Ainun Mahya PAUD Implementation of Learning Media at Ainun Mahya PAUD Development of Learning Media at Ainun Mahya PAUD, 3. Thus, teachers at PAUD schools in LobuHuala Village, Kualuh Selatan, North Labuhan Batu, need to pay attention to and implement PAUD growth and development through the media.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a vital role in shaping a hotel's reputation and ensuring high-quality guest experiences, especially in a competitive tourism landscape like Bali. Preliminary observations at several hotels in West Bali, including Sumberkima Hill Hotel, revealed performance-related challenges among staff. This study aims to analyze the economic and organizational determinants that influence employee performance, focusing on five key variables: ability, motivation, work environment, leadership, and organizational culture. Adopting a causal quantitative research design, data were collected from 120 respondents using questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression along with F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²), processed via SPSS. Results indicate that all five variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Sumberkima Hill Hotel. These findings highlight the importance of investing in workforce development as an economic strategy for enhancing service quality in the hospitality sector. As competition intensifies in the post-pandemic era, understanding the economic dynamics of employee performance becomes essential for hotel sustainability and growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, (2) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, (3) modal psikologis memoderasi pengaruh antara komitmen terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, dan (4) modal psikologis memoderasi pengaruh antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng yaitu sebanyak 174 orang. Penentuan sampel penelitian dengan sampel jenuh, yaitu seluruh populasi tersebut dipergunakan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, (3) modal psikologis memoderasi pengaruh antara komitmen terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng, dan (4) modal psikologis memoderasi pengaruh antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja PPS dan sekretariat PPS di Kecamatan Buleleng.

Abstract

The Medan City Health Office Pharmacy Warehouse is a drug and pharmaceutical product storage facility managed by the Health Office in Medan City. This warehouse acts as a distribution center for drugs and pharmaceutical materials to meet the needs of health services in the Medan city area, which in practice still uses records that are not integrated with the system, namely still with manual recording so that inaccuracies in recording expiration dates, incoming goods, outgoing goods, drug stocks and document storage. Therefore, as a solution, the author wants to implement a drug stock distribution management information system. In building this drug stock management information system, the author applies the FIFO (First in Fisrt Out) method to ensure that drugs that enter first will be distributed first so as to reduce the risk of expiration. Furthermore, the system was developed using the waterfall system development method, which emphasizes structured stages. The results showed that the implementation of the drug distribution management information system with the FIFO method met the success criteria of each test, namely System Functionality Testing, Accuracy Testing and Effectiveness Testing. The conclusion of this research is that this drug distribution management information system is successful in reducing the risk of errors in managing drug stocks, optimizing the drug distribution process, and improving the performance of the Medan city pharmaceutical warehouse.
