Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of the Instagram platform as a digital platform that makes the 2024 presidential election campaign a success, as well as finding out what the advantages of Instagram social media are so that it can influence public opinion in the 2024 presidential election campaign. This research uses qualitative instruments with data collection methods through literature review. In searching for theoretical foundations and theoretical studies, the speaker actively looks for theoretical material from various books according to the chosen theme. Meanwhile, in the case study study, the speaker looks at the case perspective from the reality of the 2024 presidential campaign. In this discussion, it is concluded that the role of Instagram in the 2024 Indonesian Presidential Election Campaign, namely that Instagram is a platform that plays a role in facilitating the dissemination of information in the presidential candidate campaign. 2024, because Instagram is a platform that has many active users, and when using it, the Instagram features are free to be accessed by anyone for free so that this platform becomes a campaign field in the online network which is very influential because the majority of internet users definitely have Instagram. Then it is added with an algorithm that can be adjusted according to user interests so that presidential candidates can manage campaign content in more detail according to existing algorithm data. Instagram also has quite a big influence in guiding public opinion for several reasons, namely, Firstly, the High Penetration of Instagram Users among Millennials. Second, an attractive visual communication style. Third, real-time and viral interactions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at the Durenan POS Office, Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the population being visitors to the Durenan POS Office, Trenggalek Regency. The sampling method in the research was non-probability sampling, using accidental sampling of 100 respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS application with multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with t count > t table (2.657 > 1.985) and a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with t count > t table (16.210 > 1.985) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, service quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with calculated f > f table (210.030 > 3.939) and a significance value of 0.000 < 005. The coefficient of determination shows 0.809. This shows that 80.9% of changes in customer satisfaction are influenced by service quality and promotions. Meanwhile, the remaining 19.1% is due to other variables outside those studied.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills, as one of the 21st-century competencies, need to be developed from an early age, especially in the learning of Science and Social Studies (IPAS). However, IPAS instruction in elementary schools still tends to be conventional, teacher-centered, and lacks the use of instructional media, thereby limiting active student engagement in problem-solving activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model supported by animated video media, as well as to describe students’ creative thinking abilities in solving IPAS-related problems. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with subjects consisting of one teacher and six fifth-grade students from SD Negeri 1 Batokan, selected based on their Creative Thinking Ability Level (Tingkat Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif/TKBK). Data collection techniques included observation, problem-solving tests, and in-depth interviews based on four indicators of creative thinking: fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results showed that the implementation of PBL with animated video media facilitated interactive and contextual learning and promoted varied development of students' creative thinking abilities. Students in the very creative category (TKBK 4) fulfilled all creative thinking indicators, while those in the creative (TKBK 3) and moderately creative (TKBK 2) categories excelled in only some of the indicators. The implications of this study indicate that integrating the PBL model with visual media such as animated videos can serve as a relevant and applicable alternative to foster students' creativity and improve the quality of IPAS learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to increase learning motivation and writing skills of Explanation Text in 2nd students of SMKN 1 Boyolangu by applying the cooperative learning method of picture and picture types. This research is a class action research (CAR) which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 2nd students of SMKN 1 Boyolangu, and there are 36 students. Sources of data in this study are informants and documents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data validity uses data triangulation techniques, method triangulation, and informant reviews. Data analysis used descriptive comparative analysis technique. The research procedure is a spiral model that is interrelated. The results showed that the application of the cooperative learning method with picture and picture can increase motivation and skills in writing Explanation Text in 2 nd students of SMKN 1 Boyolangu from pre-action to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. This was indicated by an increasing in: (1) student motivation from cycle I to cycle II which was quite significant; (2) the average value of students' writing skills, namely from 49.09 in pre-action to 72.36 in cycle I, and 92.63 in cycle II.
