Abstract

The problem of this research is about the role of teachers in instilling Character Values ​​in class VIII students at the Talibura 1 State Junior High School. The aim of this research is to describe the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura and to determine the driving and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research approach. Qualitative descriptive research is research that is a type of qualitative research. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview or tell about the role of teachers in instilling character values ​​in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura. The conclusion of this research is that teachers are good, but because there are still some children who violate school rules, teachers must maximize their role and encouraging and inhibiting factors in instilling students' character values. For this reason, cooperation between parents and the school environment is especially important for teachers. because controlling juvenile delinquency is not only done by teachers but by teachers, families and the school environment. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Talibura must try to carry out their role optimally in tackling juvenile delinquency at school. Must always be happy to provide motivation, direction, guidance and habituation. Role models, and supervision and emphasis on students so that they can become human beings who are capable of speech and behavior, in everyday life

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning in Riit Village, Sikka Regency and to find out the efforts of the Role of the Village Consultative Body in Optimizing Village Development Planning. And also aims to find out the driving and inhibiting factors for village development planning. fast. This study uses a qualitative method. while the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the role of partners between village consultative bodies within the village government apparatus, moreover, the relationship between the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is compatible and well-established, transparent, and there is no cover-up from the two parties. All matters of government and The problems faced together in village deliberations (MUSDES) are seen from the community's point of view, the role of village consultative bodies has been going well but not optimal because of the lack of socialization from members of the village consultative bodies.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is a descriptive research. In descriptive research the collected data is in the form of words or pictures so it does not press on numbers. The subject of this study is a scounting,principal,and a pkn subject teacher. Data collection techniques using observation,interviews,dokumentation. The results of this study show that the influence of scout activities on the formation of student’s characters in Smas ST. Petrus Kewapante is carried out through the role of scout builder as a guide to provide support and facilitate students with interesting activites and there are values in character education.the methods include the partice of the scout honor code on every activity in the open realm such as camp. The purpose of this study is to examine those found in scouting activities that can form student characters.
