Abstrak: Kelompok Pemuda Tani dan pelaku UMKM Kopi Mendek Desa Srigading Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dikarenakan masyarakat desa srigading memiliki sebanyak 50 orang potensi ketersediaan hasil panen kopi bubuk cukup banyak akan tetapi belum diupayakan pengolahan hasil kopi bubuk secara optimal. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani mitra kopi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan hasil kopi bubuk. Berdasar itulah Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan skill pengolahan biji kopi menjadi kopi bubuk dan sekaligus melakukan sosialisasi dan pendampingan pengolahan biji kopi bagi pelaku UMKM di desa Srigading. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi sebagai umpan balik dari masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM untuk menjadi indikator penting dalam kesuksesan kegiatan ini yang menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap penguatan pengolahan biji kopi, pemberdayaan kreativitas, dan pengembangan keterampilan pelaku UMKM sehingga menjamin transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi berjalan sesuai target dan sasaran sehingga petani mitra berhasil mandiri. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat pengolahan biji kopi menjadi kopi bubuk ini diikuti sekitar 50 peserta dari kelompok pelaku UMKM, perwakilan pemerintah desa, dan mahasiwa KKN. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pasrtisipasi masyarakat dalam proses kegiatan ini sebanyak 100% sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan dalam penigkatan skill pengolahan biji kopi dan sosialisasi dan pendampingan sebanyak 80% sehingga perlu adanya keberlanjutan dari kegiatan ini dengan melibatkan pemeritah desa, tokoh masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM setempat.Abstract: Farmer Youth Group and Mendek Coffee UMKM players in Srigading Village, Lawang District, Malang Regency. This service was carried out because the srigading village community has as many as 50 people with the potential availability of quite a lot of ground coffee harvests but the processing of ground coffee products has not been optimized. The purpose of the activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of coffee partner farmers in improving the quality of ground coffee processing. Based on this, the community service carried out by KKN students aims to improve the processing skills of coffee beans into ground coffee and at the same time socialize and assist in processing coffee beans for MSME players in Srigading village. The activity methods used include counseling, training, mentoring and evaluation as feedback from the community and MSME players to become important indicators in the success of this activity which shows a positive impact on strengthening coffee bean processing, empowering creativity, and developing the skills of MSME players so as to ensure the transfer of knowledge and technology runs according to targets and targets so that partner farmers are successfully independent. The community empowerment activity of processing coffee beans into ground coffee was attended by around 50 participants from groups of MSME players, village government representatives, and KKN students. The results of the activity show that the level of community participation in the process of this activity is 100% while the level of success in improving coffee bean processing skills and socialization and mentoring is 80% so that there is a need for sustainability of this activity by involving village government, community leaders and local MSME players.
