Adolescence is an important period that requires proper knowledge about reproductive health to avoid risks such as unwanted pregnancy, risky sexual behavior, and the spread of HIV/AIDS. This study aims to increase understanding and awareness of adolescent reproductive health at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat through community service activities. Through counseling approaches and interactive discussions, students are provided with information about physical changes, reproductive health, and the impact of unhealthy behaviors. The results of this activity show the high enthusiasm of students in discussions and questions related to reproductive health, indicating the success of the program. This counseling provides a positive first step in equipping students with essential knowledge to make smart decisions related to reproductive health. For the continuation of the program, it is recommended to conduct periodic evaluations, form a team of trained adolescent counselors, and conduct monitoring by accompanying teachers to ensure the application of reproductive health information in students' daily lives. With support from educators and medical personnel, it is hoped that students can develop a better understanding of reproductive health and build a positive attitude towards self-care.

Rumah Sakit memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam masyarakat sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan. Saat mengevaluasi kualitas layanan rumah sakit, kebahagiaan pasien menjadi pertimbangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelayanan pasien BPJS rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada keluarga pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan rawat inap yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati kepada pasien BPJS dinilai baik oleh kerabat pasien. Mayoritas responden menyatakan kepuasan terhadap perlakuan dan interaksi dengan staf medis. Survei dan wawancara dengan pasien juga mengungkapkan bahwa mereka merasakan dukungan dan penghargaan selama menjalani perawatan, mencerminkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran positif tentang pengalaman pasien BPJS dalam mendapatkan perawatan di rumah sakit tersebut. Evaluasi terhadap kebahagiaan pasien menjadi fokus utama dalam menilai kualitas layanan rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati dan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang pengalaman pasien BPJS dalam sistem kesehatan yang terjangkau.

Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan merupakan program strategis pemerintah Indonesia untuk meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi seluruh masyarakat, BPJS Kesehatan sebagai program jaminan kesehatan nasional telah diimplementasikan sejak tahun 2014 dengan tujuan untuk memberikan akses kesehatan yang merata dan berkualitas bagi seluruh masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode systematic review yang diambil dari beberapa jurnal menggunakan database Google Scholar dengan kata kunci: Implementasi, Program BPJS Kesehatan, Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan. Literatur menggunakan sejumlah jurnal berbahasa Indonesia diambil berdasarkan penerbitan lima tahun terakhir, yaitu dari tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023 serta diteliti sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi peneliti. Hasil literatur ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi BPJS Kesehatan di Indonesia masih dalam tahap berkembang dan masih terdapat berbagai kendala yang perlu diatasi. Namun, BPJS Kesehatan telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat Indonesia, terutama dalam hal akses dan pembiayaan pelayanan kesehatan. Upaya berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan seluruh pihak terkait sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi BPJS Kesehatan dan mencapai tujuannya untuk mewujudkan Universal Health Coverage (UHC) di Indonesia.

Health Operational Assistance (BOK) is implemented to support the implementation of promotive/preventive Puskesmas operations for the community. The lack of BOK funds provided by the Central Government to Districts and Community Health Centers means that Community Health Centers often minimize funding for activities. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with informants regarding the application of communication factors, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.The informants in this research consisted of the main informants: BOK managers, KIA coordinators, Heads of Community Health Centers and triangulation informants of mothers who had toddlers. The qualitative data instrument is an open interview. Qualitative analysis was analyzed using triangulation. The research results showCommunity health centers that utilize BOK optimally for all efforts to improve MCH are carried out in accordance with technical guidelines. The implementation of communication factors, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure at the UPT Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi is quite good, but the quality of the KIA implementing officers and the BOK team at the UPT Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi is still lacking. In carrying out his duties, he is still assisted a lot by other officers. The understanding of the BOK technical guidelines is clear, the implementation of activities is in accordance with the report, there is involvement of implementers in preparing the POA and there is evaluation in the implementation of activities. Apart from that, in successful Community Health Centers, activity implementers also compile complete supporting data so that making reports is not only the responsibility of the Community Health Center's BOK Management Team.
