Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension sufferers in Central Java experienced an increase of 12.9% from the results of the Basic Health Research in 2018. In Blora Regency, there were ± 36% of the population aged ≥18 years suffering from hypertension. Objectives: The research objective was to determine the effect of black garlic extract on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers at Rowobungkul Public Health Center. Methods: The research method was a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach two groups pre-posttest design. The samples of this research were 20 people with hypertension in Rowobungkul Health Center UPTD. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The instrument used was a digital sphygmomanometer. Normality test data was calculated by using the Shapiro Wilk test with normally distributed data results, the difference with the paired sample t-test, and the 2-group difference test with the independent t-test. Results: The results showed that the average decrease in blood pressure after being given black extract is 33.20 mmHg and white garlic is 36.00 mmHg for systole, while black garlic extract diastole is 6.70 mmHg and white garlic extract is 7.40 mmHg. The results of the analysis of the effect of reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension after giving black garlic and white garlic extracts with a p-value (systole) of 0.354 and a p-value of diastole (0.755). Conclusion: The conclusion is that there is no significant effect on black garlic extract compared to white garlic on blood pressure, meaning that the effectiveness of black garlic and white garlic extracts on blood pressure is the same.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Website di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jambi. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi saat ini adalah pengelolaan data perpustakaan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, seperti pencatatan peminjaman, pengembalian, dan katalog buku, yang seringkali menyebabkan data tidak akurat, keterlambatan informasi, dan kesulitan dalam pelacakan koleksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap proses bisnis perpustakaan yang sedang berjalan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website ini mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti manajemen data anggota, manajemen data buku (termasuk penambahan, pengeditan, dan penghapusan), pencarian buku yang efisien, serta pelaporan aktivitas perpustakaan. Dengan implementasi sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengelolaan perpustakaan menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat, serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi staf dan anggota perpustakaan di Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan tepung rumput laut E. cottonii yang difermentasi sebagai bahan baku pakan untuk pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan nila. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 50 hari dengan panjang bibit ikan nila awal 6-7 cm. Metode Penelitian ini eksperimental dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 pengulangan yaitu P1 (kontol), P2 (Tepung E. cottonii terfermentasi 4%), P3 (Tepung E. cottoni terfermentasi 8%), dan P4 (Tepung E. cottonii terfermentasi 12%). Parameter yang dianalisis adalah pertumbuhan berat mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan, kelangsungan hidup dan kualitas air. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung E. cottonii yang difermentasi menggunakan EM4 pada pakan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan, namun dapat memberikan nilai rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pemanfaatan pakan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan nila yang lebih baik. Penambahan tepung E. cottonii yang difermentasi menggunakan EM4 mulai konsentrasi 8% (P3) sudah dapat meningkatkan nilai konversi pakan sebesar 1,22, efisiensi pemanfaatan sebesar 82,44% dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup sebesar 66,66% pada budidaya ikan nila.
