Abstract

This research project investigates the phenomenon of slang in the context of social media, specifically Twitter. This research aims to examine different forms of slang and understand how they function in the context of online communication. The authors use qualitative methods to investigate the linguistic features and expressions that makeup slang on Twitter. In addition, this study also investigates the functional aspects of slang, specifically how slang facilitates communication, identity construction, and community building on the Twitter platform. This research investigation highlights the diverse forms and functions of various slang in social media discourse by content analysis. This research figure out that Different forms of slang and understand how they function in the context of online communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran amicus curiae dalam peradilan pidana di Indonesia dan urgensi peran amicus curiae dalam peradilan pidana di Indonesia. Pengajuan amicus curiae dapat dikatakan sebagai pengakuan secara informal, karena belum mempunyai dasar hukum yang mengakui secara jelas mengenai penggunaan amicus curiae. Ketika dalam melaksanakan pertimbangannya, hakim menjalankan wewenangnya dengan memberikan pertimbangan yang dilaksanakan secara bijaksana. Penulisan ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum sosiologis atau empirik. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa peran dan kedudukan amicus curiae secara yuridis dalam regulasi peradilan pidana di Indonesia belum memiliki kepastian hukum. Peran amicus curiae sangat penting dalam menunjang relevansi dunia peradilan sebagai tempat dalam mewujudkan keadilan bagi masyarakat yang berperkara di tengah-tengah dinamika sosial masyarakat yang terus berkembang secara kompleks, namun demikian hal ini belum diimbangi dengan pengaturan perihal kedudukan dan peran amicus curiae secara jelas, keadaan demikian jelas mengakibatkan ketidak pastian hukum bagi kedudukan dan peran amicus curiae dalam sistem hukum acara pidana nasional. Pembaharuan regulasi terkait peran amicus curiae dalam sistem peradilan pidana yang berkepastian hukum perlu dilakukan, dengan cara melakukan pengaturan perihal amicus curiae dengan menambahkan pengertian amicus curiae di dalam Pasal 1 KUHAP serta menambahkan pada Pasal 184 KUHAP perihal keterangan amicus curiae sebagai salah satu alat bukti dalam perkara pidana, membuat lembaga pengurus dan pengawas amicus curiae agar amicus curiae yang digunakan dalam peradilan pidana dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kualitas serta profesionalitasnya, perlu dilakukannya penyuluhan dan pengumuman terkait keberadaan amicus curiae.

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is one of the formal Microfinance Institutions (LKM). From the function of human resource management (HRM), to realize BPRs can become banks that play an important role in the economic development process, one of which is through institutional strengthening, namely by improving the quality of human resources including discipline, competence, and employee performance to improve the quality of bank services to customers. and to strengthen good corporate governance (GCG). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, competence and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT. People's Credit Bank Shinta Daya Yogyakarta. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: partially employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee competence has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; and simultaneously Discipline, Competence and Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
