Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy held a CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability) program with the aim of restoring tourist confidence and revitalizing tourism during the pandemic. The CHSE program also ensures that the products and services provided meet health protocol standards in the hope of growing interest in visits. Implementation of the CHSE program at Kenes Bakery & Resto Jl. Magelang Km. 5.5 Sleman, DIY has complied with the standard health protocols issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The CHSE program was implemented at Kenes Bakery & Resto Jl. Magelang Km. 5.5 Sleman, DIY has no effect on customer visiting interest. It was concluded that there were still many customers who did not know about the CHSE program and there were still many customers who had not been able to be disciplined in implementing health protocols and ignored the rules that had been applied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Al Furqon Mranggen yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh gaya belajar visual, auditorial, kinestetik yang mana mengalami kondisi kurang baik karena Masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mengetahui karakteristik gaya belajar mereka sendiri menyebabkan hasil belajar tidak tercapai secara optimal, dan adanya perbedaan gaya belajar yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik kemungkinan akan mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang dicapai juga berbeda. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 63 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen dan sekolah. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, uji model, uji hipotesis, dan namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik di pengaruhi langsung oleh gaya belajar visual, auditorial, kinestetik. Hasil uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan, dengan nilai korelasi determinasi adjusted R2 square sebesar 0,596. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar visual, auditorial, kinestetik secara nyata berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik secara bersama-sama dengan keeratan hubungan sebesar 59,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik perlu adanya peningkatan gaya belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik, maka akan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada periode berikutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh fasilitas hotel terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan studi kasus pada hotel bintang dua di Semarang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya fasilitas hotel dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 102 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas hotel dan loyalitas pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan koefisien regresi masing-masing sebesar 0.202 dan 0.422. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan strategi loyalitas pelanggan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen secara signifikan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen hotel harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitas fasilitas dan layanan serta mengembangkan program loyalitas yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The hospitality industry in Yogyakarta faces intense competition, prompting hotels like Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta to adopt innovative strategies, including leveraging Online Travel Agents (OTA) as their primary distribution channel. This research aims to identify Marketing Strategies through OTAs at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta, analyze the Impact of OTA Usage on Target Revenue Achievement, and explore Guest Experiences in Booking Through OTAs. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with a case study, involving interviews with the Marketing Manager of Cavinton Hotel, OTA Account Manager, and Hotel Guests who booked through OTAs. The findings indicate that marketing strategies through OTAs have significantly increased the hotel's visibility, room bookings, and revenue. This positive impact is evidenced by a revenue increase of up to 30% from OTA bookings. Guest experiences in booking through OTAs are also generally satisfactory, with most guests feeling that the process provides ease and convenience in booking. This research provides comprehensive insights into the role of OTAs in boosting room bookings and achieving target revenue at Cavinton Hotel Yogyakarta, along with practical recommendations for hotel management and the hospitality industry at large

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is one of the formal Microfinance Institutions (LKM). From the function of human resource management (HRM), to realize BPRs can become banks that play an important role in the economic development process, one of which is through institutional strengthening, namely by improving the quality of human resources including discipline, competence, and employee performance to improve the quality of bank services to customers. and to strengthen good corporate governance (GCG). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline, competence and employee performance on customer satisfaction at PT. People's Credit Bank Shinta Daya Yogyakarta. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: partially employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee competence has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction; Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; and simultaneously Discipline, Competence and Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Inclusivity emphasizing the acceptance and appreciation of diversity without discrimination is crucial in youth organizations such as Karang Taruna, a village-level platform for adolescent development in Indonesia. This community service paper examines the role of inclusivity in strengthening adolescent mental health within Karang Taruna Kalisegoro, Gunungpati, Semarang. The initiative was carried out by a multidisciplinary team from Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) through a one-day workshop on mental health literacy and inclusive leadership for 20 administrators and members of Karang Taruna. The methods included interactive lectures, case analysis using documentary films on adolescent mental health disorders, peer tutorials, and facilitated group discussions, grounded in Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Model. Results revealed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of mental health issues, early recognition of mental disorder symptoms, reduced stigma, and commitment to establishing a mental health-aware community integrated with Karang Taruna and the village government. Participants also reported enhanced confidence in inclusive leadership and the ability to foster mutually supportive environments, supporting all six dimensions of Ryff’s psychological well-being. Recommendations include sustained cross-sector collaboration, expansion of literacy programs, and further empirical research to measure the long-term impact of inclusivity on adolescent mental health indicators.
