Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Interpersonal Conflict and Group Cooperation To Skills Presentation Office Administrative Education Students Class of 2022.” Study This aim for analyze influence Interpersonal conflict and cooperation group to Skills presentation student. The theory used in study This is interpersonal conflict, cooperation, work team, presentation and skills presentation. Study This use method descriptive quantitative with technique determination sample use quota sampling technique. Data obtained based on interviews, observations and filling questionnaire to respondent. Population in research This is students of the Administrative Education study program Medan State University Class of 2022 office with total respondents as many as 56 people. Data analysis techniques used in study This that is using analytical models regression multiple. Research result This show that in a way simultaneous Interpersonal conflict and cooperation group influential significant to Skills presentation students, that is of 30.5%. Whereas in a way Partial Interpersonal conflict is not influential to Skills presentation student.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the role of the Money Tracker: Expense & Budget-based financial recording application on the quality of financial reports in Keripik Singkong Mbak Ros MSME. This study used a quantitative method with a series of tests on the research hypothesis. The results showed that the use of the Money Tracker Application had a significant effect on the quality of financial reports partially with a calculated t value of 3.782 > t table value of 1.796 and sig. 0.003 < 0.05. While business financial management partially did not have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports with a calculated t value of 0.628 < t table value of 1.796 and sig. 0.543 > 0.05. However, simultaneously both had a significant effect on the quality of financial reports with a contribution of 57.2%. So it was concluded that the application of the Money Tracker: Expense & Budget-based financial recording application and Business Financial Management had a significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reports of Keripik Singkong Mbak Ros MSME. It is recommended that MSMEs consistently use financial applications and improve their financial management literacy to strengthen their competitiveness. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bertujuan untuk mencari tahu bagaimana dampak kredit bermasalah terhadap likuiditas dan profitabilitas PT BPR Talabumi Sunggal. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan PT BPR Talabumi Sunggal selama periode tahun 2019-2023. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, display data, serta penyimpulan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredit bermasalah berdampak negatif terhadap likuiditas dan meningkatkan kebutuhan pencadangan dan biaya operasional yang akhirnya menekan Return of Assets (ROA). Meskipun rasio kredit bermasalah mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2019-2023, profitabilitas menunjukkan pola fluktuatif selama periode tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh kredit bermasalah terhadap laba tidak semata-mata bersifat langsung, tetapi juga bergantung pada efektivitas strategi manajemen risiko yang diterapkan oleh bank. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan variabel eksternal makro ekonomi, seperti inflasi, suku bunga, atau kebijakan pemerintah terkait sektor perbankan dalam membantu memahami pengaruh faktor ekstenal terhadap likuiditas dan profitabilitas.
