Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh rebranding LinkAja terhadap peningkatan brand image produk dan loyalitas pelanggan Telkomsel di Grapari Graha Merah Putih Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah setelah terjadi rebranding pada LinkAja terdapat pengaruh terhadap peningkatan brand image produk dan loyalitas pelanggan. Peneliti membagikan kuesioner kepada 363 orang pelanggan telkomsel yang menjadi sampel. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang terdapat pada masing-masing variabel dan teknik analisis sobel untuk melihat variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian terdapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan brand image produk, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan Hasil pada sobel disimpulkan bahwa inderect effect signifikan pada taraf signifikansi sehingga variabel loyalitas dapat mediasi dari variabel brand image. Hasil yang di dapat variabel rebranding yang di mediasi oleh brand image dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini  terdapat berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peningkatan brand image produk, signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan Hasil pada sobel disimpulkan taraf signifikansi sehingga variabel loyalitas dapat mediasi dari variabel brand image. Hasil yang di dapat variabel rebranding yang di mediasi oleh brand image dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the knowledge of Islamic banking in the North Binjai community, especially in Kampung Nangka Village. As many as 60% of the population in the North Nangka Binjai sub-district have a livelihood as traders. The sample in this study was 30 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely the snow ball in determining the sample. Questionnaire Data analysis techniques use a single table. The results showed that banking knowledge of interest in saving in terms of demographic aspects. Based on the questionnaire that had been distributed, the responses given by 50 respondents indicated that they agreed with knowledge of Islamic banking products. As many as 28 people of the female sex with an age range of 21-25 years with recent education, mostly high school students, having an average income of 500,000-1,000,000 said they agreed that knowledge about Islamic bank products was easy to understand. This was mostly chosen by mothers who graduated from high school with an income of 500,000-1,000,000. then, most of the respondents agreed that knowledge about Islamic bank products was easy to understand so that they became interested in opening savings accounts in Islamic banks in the future._______________________________________________________Keywords: Islamic Banking, Interest in Saving, Social Demographics

Abstract

This study explores the impact of rewards, work environment, and motivation on the performance of administrative staff at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. This study uses the Explanatory Research method with a sample of 47 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using path analysis and SMARTPLS3 as the statistical test. The results confirmed that reward and motivation directly impact staff performance, while the work environment has no direct impact. In addition, the findings suggest that motivation serves as a mediator in the relationship between rewards, work environment, and performance. The importance of providing appropriate rewards and creating conducive working conditions to stimulate motivation has been proven in this study. These results provide a valuable perspective for educational institutions in their efforts to improve the performance of education personnel in enhancing academic services.

Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Interpersonal Conflict and Group Cooperation To Skills Presentation Office Administrative Education Students Class of 2022.” Study This aim for analyze influence Interpersonal conflict and cooperation group to Skills presentation student. The theory used in study This is interpersonal conflict, cooperation, work team, presentation and skills presentation. Study This use method descriptive quantitative with technique determination sample use quota sampling technique. Data obtained based on interviews, observations and filling questionnaire to respondent. Population in research This is students of the Administrative Education study program Medan State University Class of 2022 office with total respondents as many as 56 people. Data analysis techniques used in study This that is using analytical models regression multiple. Research result This show that in a way simultaneous Interpersonal conflict and cooperation group influential significant to Skills presentation students, that is of 30.5%. Whereas in a way Partial Interpersonal conflict is not influential to Skills presentation student.

Abstract

Digitalization is a big question about how to accept and adapt to it. People's behavior and culture are also affected by the development of the internet, especially in tourist areas, which has the potential to use it to meet their needs, shop online, sell to visitors and get important information that can increase the scale of their small business. But of course, this does not happen in Pamah Similir Hamlet–Telagah Village where the community still has limited access to digitalization. Telagah Village is ready to face digitalization, but with several improvements in factors that affect the digitalization of village marketing, namely irritation, credibility, interactivity, accessibility, and transformative, this research was carried out on the application of digitalization. The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the influence factor of Village Marketing Digitalization and how the community is ready to deal with it. The results of this study show that all factors influencing Village Marketing Digitalization have a positive and significant effect on the variables of Village Marketing Digitalization. The influencing factors are Irritation, Credibility, Accesibility, Transformative, and Interactivity Variables. From the model test, the largest direct influence is the transformative variable on the credibility variable with a Tstatistic of 22.259 and a P value of 0.000, while the largest indirect influence is the accesibility variable on the credibility variable through the transformative variable with a Tstatistic of 18.755 and a P value of 0.000. The conclusion of this study shows that the Telagah Village community is ready to accept the digitalization of their village marketing, although there are several priority obstacles in terms of signal reception and the amount of signal obtained, road infrastructure and network stability in the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikantor dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil kota medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil observasi dan dokumentasi kami terhadap lingkungan kantor dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil kota medan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, kami menemukan 3 hal yang menjadi hambatan dalam manajemen komunikasi di kantor dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil kota medan yaitu : hambatan struktural, perbedaan latar belakang, dan komunikasi lintas budaya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa dalam sebuah kantor tidak akan benar-benar terlepas dari sebuah konflik atau hambatan dalam komunikasi, baik secara individu ataupun antar kelompok. Perlu adanya manajemen organisasi yang baik dalam sebuah perkantoran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan pola penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran sebelum, selama, dan setelah pandemi, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penurunan penggunaan teknologi pascapandemi di kalangan mahasiswa dan dosen. Pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap 115 mahasiswa pendidikan bisnis dan 8 dosen dari berbagai prodi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pandemi, 40% responden menggunakan teknologi secara moderat hingga intensif, yang meningkat menjadi 95% selama pandemi, tetapi menurun kembali menjadi 55% setelah pandemi. Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti digital fatigue (88% mahasiswa dan 87% dosen merasa lelah), preferensi pembelajaran tatap muka (86% mahasiswa merasa lebih nyaman), serta keterbatasan infrastruktur kampus (83% responden mengeluhkan fasilitas yang kurang memadai). Selain itu, kebijakan institusi yang belum sepenuhnya mendukung integrasi teknologi juga menjadi tantangan. Meskipun demikian, mahasiswa dan dosen menyatakan bahwa teknologi tetap penting sebagai pelengkap pembelajaran hybrid, meskipun integrasinya belum optimal. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi institusi pendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan dan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of verbal communication skills on the presentation quality of students of the Stambuk Biology Study Program 2023 at Medan State University. Verbal communication skills are considered an important component in the context of higher education, especially in the presentation process in the classroom which is often used as the main method to measure students' understanding and analytical skills. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with the research population of all students of the Stambuk Biology Study Program 2023 which numbered 124 people, and the sample was taken as many as 95 respondents. Data is collected through observations and questionnaires on the Likert scale to measure the level of verbal communication skills and presentation quality. The results showed that there was a very strong positive correlation between verbal communication skills and the presentation quality of Biology students at Medan State University, with a Pearson Correlation score of 0.901. However, the majority of students have low verbal communication skills and presentation quality. This research emphasizes the importance of improving verbal communication skills to improve the quality of student presentations. Especially Biology students at Medan State University

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengembangan ekonomi lokal, kualitas produk, kemasan, dan digitalisasi pemasaran pada UMKM Fried Chicken Arza di Desa Bandar Khalipah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi UMKM ini adalah keterbatasan dalam memasarkan produk ke pasar yang lebih luas, kurangnya inovasi dalam kemasan, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam pemasaran. Pemilihan topik ini penting karena UMKM memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian lokal, namun banyak yang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan potensi mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data untuk menggali informasi terkait kualitas produk, kemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Fried Chicken Arza memiliki kualitas produk yang baik, tetapi perlu adanya standarisasi dalam produksi dan desain kemasan yang lebih menarik serta ramah lingkungan. Setelah pemberian pelatihan kepada karyawan dan pemilik UMKM, usaha ini mampu membuat desain kemasan yang lebih menonjolkan identitas usaha, branding, dan daya tarik. Proses digitalisasi pemasaran juga telah dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dan platform e-commerce seperti shopeefood dan gofood untuk memperluas pasar UMKM. Pentingnya hasil kegiatan ini terletak peningkatan kualitas produk dan kemasan, serta optimalisasi digital marketing untuk memperluas pasar. Hasil tersebut dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan UMKM dan perekonomian lokal di Desa Bandar Khalipah, dengan menciptakan peluang usaha baru dan memperkuat daya saing usaha lokal

Abstract

The implementation of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 demands curriculum changes in the Business Education Study Program of Medan State University (UNIMED) to create graduates who have pedagogical skills and digital entrepreneurship expertise. This study aims to analyze students' and lecturers' perceptions of the effectiveness of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE)-based block curriculum and evaluate the need for more integrated thematic curriculum development. The method used is a mixed methods approach with a survey of 115 students semester 3-5 and 7 lecturers, as well as in-depth interviews, complemented by descriptive statistical and thematic analysis. The results showed 68% of students considered the eight-week duration of the block system inadequate for project-based learning; only 41% of respondents saw a clear link between courses in a block; the proportion of skills assessment of 38% did not meet OBE standards; and collaboration with industry was still limited only in 28% of blocks. Project-Based Learning received high satisfaction (82%), but the use of digital technology is still low. In conclusion, the main results revealed, among others, that block duration needs to be adjusted, especially for practicum projects; thematic learning should combine related courses (integration of marketing, entrepreneurship, and pedagogy.
