Abstract

Cooperative membership management assistance is one solution to the problems faced by the Gakom Cooperative, namely the lack of knowledge related to cooperative members as assets, the dual identity of cooperative members as owners and customers, member participation as owners, member participation as customers, and cooperative membership management. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding and skills related to effective cooperative membership management. The method of implementing this activity is assistance to the management of the West Sumatra Gakom cooperative online using the Zoom meeting application. The partner in this mentoring activity is the Gambir Anam Koto Mandiri Cooperative in West Sumatra. The evaluation was carried out by assigning tasks to the cooperative management, namely recording cooperative members as assets, recording the identity of cooperative members as owners and customers, distinguishing the role of member participation as owners with member participation as customers, and moving membership recording from manual to computerized, with an increase of 65%.

Abstract

Daya tahan atau endurance adalah kemampuan tubuh untuk mempertahankan aktivitas fisik dalam waktu yang lama tanpa mengalami penurunan performa signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur daya tahan atlet Pashih Kampar di Bangkinang Kota melalui tes lari 2,4 km dalam waktu 12 menit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data langsung melalui pengamatan lapangan dan pengisian form penilaian. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 atlet laki-laki dan perempuan yang diuji daya tahannya berdasarkan jarak yang ditempuh dalam waktu yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi tingkat kebugaran fisik: 16,7% atlet termasuk kategori "baik sekali," 25% kategori "baik," 33,3% kategori "sedang," dan 25% kategori "kurang." Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa sebagian besar atlet memiliki daya tahan fisik yang cukup baik, meskipun ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran beberapa individu. Kesimpulannya, tes lari 2,4 km dalam waktu 12 menit merupakan alat yang efektif untuk menilai kebugaran kardiovaskular atlet. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk perencanaan program latihan yang terfokus pada peningkatan daya tahan fisik atlet, khususnya bagi mereka yang berada pada kategori "sedang" dan "kurang."

Abstract

Fish cages, classified as vessels under the Indonesian Shipping Law Number 17 of 2008, must consider safety aspects due to risks such as sinking and drifting. Increasing river discharge causes damage to the cage structures, potentially worsening fish health and causing economic losses for fish farmers. This study aims to develop a water level detection device for fish cages in the Kampar River using Internet of Things (IoT) technology based on waterproof ultrasonic sensors and the ESP32 microcontroller. The device can automatically monitor water levels and provide real-time alerts to cage owners via wireless Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connections. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. This innovation is expected to help fish cage owners anticipate risks from changes in water levels and improve the management of fish farming operations
