Abstract

Augmented Reality is a system or form of technological progress and has been used in several things in life. The application of Augmented Reality as a media to support work and learning has been widely used. The use of Augmented Reality technology as a learning medium can support visualization in the field of elementary school education, especially in information and communication technology lessons or what is often known as ICT subjects. The application, called "Augmented Reality Information and Communication Technology" (ARTIK), was developed with the aim of attracting elementary school students' interest in supporting ICT learning, especially understanding computer hardware. This game application was created using the Unity 3D tool and using the Android operating system on a smartphone, as well as utilizing the Vuforia library as an Augmented Reality implementation module. The testing method used is the black box testing method, where the ARTIK application can display 3-dimensional objects on the smartphone well and clearly. Apart from that, ARTIK also has a learning feature with animation and a quiz module to assess how well the learning material is absorbed. The ARTIK learning educational application can be used by elementary school students as a support for learning ICT courses to better understand what hardware looks like using Augmented Reality technology.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik (SMAK) St. Louis 2 Surabaya menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan fungsi halaman web sekolah mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan orang tua, calon siswa, serta siswa yang sudah bersekolah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah tampilan web yang kurang responsif dan tidak terintegrasi dengan media sosial. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dilakukan pembuatan ulang situs web menggunakan WordPress yang dipadukan dengan Divi Plus dan Supreme. Integrasi media sosial dilakukan menggunakan Smash Balloon dan Click to Chat WhatsApp untuk memudahkan komunikasi. Proyek ini juga mencakup fitur-fitur baru seperti profil alumni, sejarah sekolah berbasis alur waktu, serta tampilan berita yang lebih informatif. Hasilnya adalah situs web yang lebih menarik dan mudah digunakan, memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik serta memudahkan akses informasi. Peningkatan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung branding sekolah dan mempermudah proses penerimaan siswa baru.

Abstract

In a company, monitoring employee activities is one of the most important processes to ensure the continuity of the desired business process. The problem faced at this time is that there is no monitoring process that is properly systemized because the employee monitoring process is done manually. Based on the problems above, this study aims to create a web-based employee activity monitoring system at PT. HRL International. The method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and in the model design process data flow diagrams will be used. Based on the results of the black box testing of the functional system, the results are by the planned design, so this system can help solve problems that exist in PT. HTL INTERNASIONAL.

Abstract

The important thing that must be done by a company is to ensure that the transaction process can run quickly and accurately. Therefore, companies must update their systems so that business processes can run optimally. Apotek Tiara still uses a manual transaction system, so there are many errors and problems that can harm the company. Therefore it is necessary to create a desktop-based application that can be used for the sales transaction process along with the order throwing transaction process. The purpose of this study is to develop and create a desktop-based sales information system that can be used by Tiara Pharmacy to improve operational efficiency and automate the sales process, stock recording, and financial reports. The method used in developing information systems is the agile method. The resulting system consists of a login process based on user access rights, a cashier process, updating item or drug data, a report generation process, and a delivery process. The result of this research is a sales information system at the Tiara pharmacy in the city of Surabaya which is specially made so that it can carry out an accurate data collection process.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan yang cepat telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sektor pendidikan. Internet dan komputer menjadi sarana yang esensial dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah website kuis daring menggunakan websocket communication protocol yang memudahkan pengguna dalam pembuatan soal kuis, penilaian kuis secara real-time, dan mencegah potensi kecurangan selama proses kuis berlangsung. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk memastikan fleksibilitas dan efisiensi dalam menghasilkan prototype serta mendapatkan umpan balik secara instan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan, yaitu whitebox testing untuk mengevaluasi struktur internal sistem dan usability testing untuk mengukur tingkat kemudahan pengguna dalam menggunakan website serta memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Sebagai hasilnya, website kuis daring yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung pengguna dalam pembuatan dan manajemen kuis daring. Fitur anti-kecurangan dan variasi jenis pertanyaan menjadikan website ini sebagai suatu alat untuk menilai kemampuan siswa dalam menyerap materi pembelajaran dengan lebih efisien dan menarik. The rapid development of technology and science had a significant impact on the education sector. The internet and computers became essential tools in supporting online learning. This research aimed to develop an online quiz website using Websocket communication protocol to facilitate users in creating quiz questions, conducting real-time quiz assessments, and preventing potential cheating during the quiz process. The development method used was rapid application development (RAD)to ensure flexibility and efficiency in producing prototypes and obtaining instant feedback. Testing was conducted using two approaches: whitebox testing to evaluate the internal system structure and usability testing to measure the user's ease of use of the website and meet their needs. As a result, the developed online quiz website proved effective in supporting users in creating and managing online quizzes. Anti-cheating features and various types of questions made this website a tool for assessing students' ability to absorb learning materials more efficiently and engagingly.
