Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the role of digital media as a supporter of Church mission services. Digital media is utilized as one of the facilities for church services and digital media is also a challenge for every church. An optimistic attitude is a real attitude that needs to be instilled and carried out by every church as an effort to improve and achieve service goals and quality. Descriptive qualitative method is a research method through literature research used by the author in conducting research. Literature studies are used by the author as a target to provide a sense of awarness and optimism for the progress of media in the world and the church in seeing and making an opportunity not a threat. The results of the discussion and research provide input to a pastor and every congregational leader in a church regarding what things must be improved and improved optimally to utilize digital media that is and continues to develop in supporting church services and spreading the gospel throughout the world.

Abstract

The challenges of leaders continue to grow with the presence of digital technology in the development of the era of technological transformation, in addition to being a digital challenge, this also becomes a new opportunity for leaders. Digital transformation plays an important role in realizing leadership. A leader can be called a digital leader if a leader is able to lead and utilize technology. The purpose of this study is to show the best digital leadership model in realizing leadership multiplication in the younger generation. Qualitative research methods with a literature study approach are used in this study. The results of the study show that the role of digital transformation plays a very important role in building the multiplication of young leaders. Information technology can be utilized as a work process in all sectors, especially the religious sector. In addition, leaders will find it easier to make decisions on the use of data.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine how corporate social responsibility, company size, company growth, earnings persistence, and earnings volatility affect the future earnings response coefficient on banking in 5 ASEAN countries from 2018 to 2020. The sample used 102 banks as samples selected for purposeful sampling. The data is then examined using multiple linear regression analysis using the program EViews (Econometric Views) version 12. The results of this research indicate that corporate social responsibility has a significant positif effect on future earnings response coefficient and earnings persistence have a significant negative effect on future earnings response coefficient.
